This is a small kiosk in the Florida mall food court. I was a little nervous about how the food was going to be, considering. I ordered the spicy pork ramen and oh man was that good. It was not super spicy and had a lot of flavor. It came with 3 decent size pieces of pork belly that were tender, half a hard boiled egg, a fish cake and a bunch of veggies including shiitakes.

Best ramen ever! I get the tonkatsu ramen every chance I can for lunch. The mushrooms marinated in deliciousness. Good amount of Noodles cooked to perfection. The broth feels like a warm blanket on a winters night. The egg is egg can’t complain. The corn dances in a flavor medley of perfection. Come here for the ramen same stay for everything else. Believe it!

I had the pleasure of dining at Siri Ramen & Poke inside the Florida Mall, and it was an exceptional experience! The vegetarian options are simply amazing, offering a variety of fresh, authentic, and flavorful dishes that cater perfectly to my taste. The food was not only delicious but also felt incredibly fresh, capturing the essence of true Asian cuisine.
