I've visited a couple of times now, and it's always a fun experience. The mead is unique, and the interior has a cool, chill vibe. During my last visit, I got a little hungry and decided to order a small charcuterie board. I wouldn't recommend it, as I found it a bit disappointing for the price ($16). However, if you're looking to enjoy the mead, I highly recommend it. This time around, we ordered a flight and a couple of extra items for sharing since some of the meads can be quite sweet.

Giving 3 stars because I took a group with me since we've all been dying to try Mead for the first time, we got there before the rest of the group and we were just standing there waiting to be helped until I went to the bar to ask (no greeting) and they said seat wherever, no problem, guy from the bar heads over to our table and I tell him in bringing the group here and that we've never tried it and he very excitedly said your are in for a great time said he would be back when the group got there. Group arrives we're seeing the menu from our table and he comes back asking for our order so I ask him if he can explain a bit more the concept, product, etc and he said it's all right there in the book, mind you part of our group is not the best at English. He recommended the flight option but the group was already turned off because of this. Never explained anything, not even how payments work and had to wait for about 30min for a case of Ube mead Bec he forgot to mention I had to get it.
Would I return no, except for picking up that Ube mead if I'm in the area since we're from Volusia county, great concept but failed at customer service unless you were seated at the bar all those people got a 10/10 service from what I could tell.

Wonderful selection of meads! The servers did a great job filling us in on what’s what. I got the build your own flight. The applie pie was my favorite. You think it won’t be enough but the meads stronger than you think! Will for sure return in the future to try more options!

Zymarium is amazing. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed with the dark colors and gold accents. They have many delicious choices of mead. The lychee is my usual go-to choice, but the pineapple habanero and orange awakening that are sometimes in rotation are 10/10. Whether you're looking for a relaxed spot after work or you're going for date night, it's the spot to be.
They now have mead slushies and they are very good!!! Really enjoy the variety of meads offered just wish they had more snack options to go with the mead.

Mead!!! The best place for mead in Orlando. If you haven't had mead you're missing out on the experience that Zymarium Meadery provides. If you have had mead then this is your next destination for your taste buds. The atmosphere is choice! It provides a cool yet calming experience of laid back alternative vibes provided by the staff members and the surrounding environment. Amazing music and cool staff members who will meet and raise your expectations for the evening!!
