So good! The space is really gorgeous, and I was blown away at the variety of mead they have. All of it was so tasty and really unique. The staff were all very friendly and informative too. Even if mead's not really your thing, I highly suggest giving it a try here, as I'm sure there's something to suite any preference.

It was my first experience with Mead and it was fantastic. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Ginger, and her passion shined. The venue is awesome and the drinks were delicious. (Gluten free was a huge plus) Highly recommend!

I recently checked out Zymarium Meadery with some friends. The space is dimly lit, sexy, & inviting. I had no idea what I was in for!I’m new to the mead scene, but I gotta say, I’m a fan now! I sampled the Pineapple Passionfruit and Florida Lychee, but the UBE BEE!? has me in a chokehold! The mix of sweet ube and nutty flavors was like a party in my mouth – so good!The vibe is super chill, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Plus, they really know their stuff when it comes to mead.I only wish they had snacks, a cheese platter would be the perfect match for my mead sipping.If you’re up for trying something new and delicious, definitely check this place out!

I was so excited when I first heard this place was opening up. I can't believe it took me this long to find out it already opened! Love the vibes and interior decor of this place. They have a variety of seating options like couches, booths, bar, and table with stools. When we first got there, someone greeted us, gave a rundown of how ordering works, and explained their menu/mead options, which was great! You order and pay from your phone so it's pretty simple to see what you've ordered and can easily add to your tab. The drink options were pretty great! I typically enjoy the more traditional mead and the variety they had to try from was great! The ones we had were delicious - my favorite was the Gallberry Blossom. But I must say the less traditional, fruit-infused flavored ones were some of the best I've tried compared to other places. The flavors blended really well and felt very natural. So that was a good surprise. There are still plenty we haven't tried so we will definitely be coming back! My only suggestion would be to bump up the height of the table so it leaves space for legs when sitting on the stool! We had to shift to sit at an angle so our knees/legs wouldn't hit the table. But other than that, love this place and the people working there were super chill.

Also note that you'll have to open a tab on a smart device via a QR code -- this can be confusing for some. Mimosa weekends are highly recommended.
