I took my wife to 63 Sovereign in Ormond Beach this evening to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We’ve dined here many times, and it has never once been anything less than outstanding. Even though they were offering a holiday menu (which I usually avoid), every dish we were served was phenomenal beautifully presented and full of incredible flavor. The service was truly exceptional. The team surprised us with a complimentary steak tartare and ended the evening with a champagne toast, which made the experience feel extra special and personal. I had my heart set on their osso buco (not available on the holiday menu), but the curated selections far exceeded my expectations. 63 Sovereign continues to deliver consistent excellence in both cuisine and hospitality. What started as a Valentine’s dinner turned into another unforgettable dining experience. This remains our favorite restaurant in Ormond Beach highly recommended for anyone looking for elevated dining, amazing service, and a truly memorable night out.

One of our favorite places to come and eat when we're in town from New York, it's always fabulous, and the food is always delicious. The staff is also always excellent. However, this time the food was not like we experienced all the other times. Don't know if they changed chef's or it was an off night. Would still recommend as one of the best places to eat in Ormond Beach.

First time at 63 Sovereign. Unique menu includes both small plates and entree items. One of us had the osso buco, the other the bouillabaisse. Each dish was perfectly prepared and delightful. Server was fantastic, the perfect blend of attentiveness without being invasive. Will definitely return!

I visit Ormond Beach several times a year and always dine here and have had wonderful meals. However this time was not as good. Firstly the cocktails were well made but minuscule. Two sips tops, the smallest cocktails I've ever had anywhere. We usually order apps and main courses, but this time opted for all sushi selections and were disappointed. All the fish was fishy and not prime cuts, the preparations had an overwhelming amount of ingredients that just didn't taste very good. Based on previous great experiences, I will definitely go again, but will not order sushi and maybe stick with wine.
