One of our favorite places to come and eat when we're in town from New York, it's always fabulous, and the food is always delicious. The staff is also always excellent. However, this time the food was not like we experienced all the other times. Don't know if they changed chef's or it was an off night. Would still recommend as one of the best places to eat in Ormond Beach. 
First time at 63 Sovereign. Unique menu includes both small plates and entree items. One of us had the osso buco, the other the bouillabaisse. Each dish was perfectly prepared and delightful. Server was fantastic, the perfect blend of attentiveness without being invasive. Will definitely return!
Great service great food the patio is so inviting and cozy. The staff is excellent and the manager is very attentive and hands on . It's so refreshing to go out to a place that's run professionally. Love this restaurant!!
