This place needs an extreme deep cleaning. Our feet stuck to the floors as we walked. The bathrooms were scary dirty. The ceiling tiles were so dusty they were yellow. We won't be returning.

Been going there a long time, today was the worst. Went in and used the restroom abs there was urine all over the floor and smelled horrible, then say at the bar and not one person came over , no bartender behind the bar, nothing left and went next door to Chils and was promptly seated , waited on and served. Won't be returning to Applebee's.

This restaurant closed early. An employee let us in and gave us a menu to order from and then someone else came out and said they were closed. Their excuse was that their hood fan people were coming to clean it but every other restaurant I know schedules that kind of maintenance after the restaurant has closed. Cheezy & Not acceptable. I wonder if Applebee's corporate knows what this location in Ormond beach Florida is doing
Ormond Applebee's is WAY better than Daytona. I will go out of my way to go to OB if I want them.

We didn't even get to sit down. We waited at the hostess stand for someone to acknowledge us. It wasnt even busy! Finally a person said someone said someone will be right with you. Well after a long wait that never happened so we went next door to Chili's. We were seated immediately with a smile and the service was excellent. From the looks of it Applebee's needs all the business they can get.
