Staff friendly and welcoming. Mac bites were burnt, hard and not good at all. They are usually my fav but not thiis batch. I tried the deep fried turkey sandwich for the first time, it was okay. I expected it to be a hot sandwich not cold cuts. It was still okay, probably would be great if served hot. Crispy onions were not as advertised, most likely won't order that again.

Arby’s spends millions of dollars advertising a special on television to get the customers to come to the restaurants. I drove 15 miles from my house to go and get the special that they’re advertising on television only for the ladies say I’m sorry we don’t accept that coupon here we’re not a regular her were specialties, and I looked at her walked right out the door, can someone please explain that to me

Stopped to get a early lunch was informed the mgr would not let them do the advertised specials so got couple plain sandwiches and curly fries frie box was not full they were cold and greasy
Excellent customer service!! Mark was so kind and thoughtful ?. He asked if I wanted my cherry turnover warmed up. I don’t know if I have ever been asked that question and believe me I have ordered a LOT of Arby’s cherry turnovers! Delicious! Thank you, Mark!

I tried the Smoked Brisket sandwich today. Just brisket and bun. Not bad, rather dry, with 3 pepper sauce was good with 2 potato cakes. Arby's give Vet discount.
