We've been to this Auntie Anne's location before and have walked away only to later realize the pretzels we bought were a bit overdone. Nothing to really complain about but something to definitely remember. This is remembered because it happened on our last visit. This visit though was horrible. Prior to driving specifically for 2 pretzels we looked up and found that the store closes at 8. It was 6:48. We left and was at the counter at 7:20 excited to dig into a fresh pretzel. When we were waiting for the single employee in the store to see us, it was already clear that the ovens had been turned off. Well, the clerk wouldn't swap with us the cup of nuggets for our desired pretzels. She was NOT going to bake anymore. With 40 minutes of time remaining to them store closing? If it was my store I'd be thinking about how much money I was losing. What's happened to business acumen? I wish them luck. I can't patronize a store that doesn't actually want me business.

Not the first time I buy mini pretzel dogs here and have a couple nice on top of the cup and the rest of them taste bad and made of raw dough you cannot eat. Ranch dipping is always unavailable and these mandatory tips ??? That's sad because we used to go to Auntie Anne in another place and it is always tasty and a long line, here it's always no one and that's most likely because of the bad food.

Close 1.5 hours early. Let me drive 10 miles to get here before canceling my order. I arrived at 6:41 they don’t close until 8. Canceled it when o got there and literally walked out to go home.

Although the pepperoni nuggets I get are a little old, the staff are nice and always quick to be of service. If you want something they usually don’t have displayed (like a whole pepperoni pretzel), all you have to do is ask and they’ll make it fresh for you which is nice.
