I'm from east lansing and now live in Daytona for thr past 13 years, the coffee here used to remind me of home but recently every time I come in there are new employees, I don't believe they are being trained right or something is off because the quality of the coffee has gone down, I'm very upset with what I got, I made the mistake to try it after I left, quality should be consistent but now I'm seeing I can't rely on consistency. My hot coffee taste watery and the flavor is not what it should be for what I've ordered 100 times in the past

Loved this place! Was visiting from Orlando and stopped in for some coffee. They had a bunch of sugar free options. As a diabetic, this was the amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The coffee is amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be back when im in town.

Mocha Mocha is my go to. Not many Biggby's down here and glad we found this one. We have used the app twice and both times the workers didn't notice the order come in. They had not started making drinks until we walked in a few min later. Once noticed, they were friendly and quick but it would be nice for them to start working on the orders a little sooner.

The lady with the pony tail and darker hair is actually really rude, she wasn’t even out in the lobby helping the other kid until she came out when I got my order that was not in my reach. Then gives me attitude because I didn’t say my online order but nobody was out there to assist me? lol.

I was so excited to find this location of Biggby coffee. As a Michigan native, I was beyond excited. Fabulous coffee and sandwiches. I cannot recommend the Red Bull cream freeze enough.

Yesterday on October 2nd I was stopping by to get coffee from my favorite coffee shop! The young lady who was working around 11 am was extremely rude.The second I walked into the coffee shop she rolled her eyes. Then she proceeds to sigh and huff at me when taking my order. While I was waiting on my food she kept making side remarks, rolling her eyes and sighing. Other than that, the younger guy who was working was really sweet and welcoming. I just never experienced anything like that before and know that this place is amazing. Just felt uninviting the way she perceived herself.

I moved to Florida from Michigan. I didn’t expect to find a Biggby in Florida. I walked in and was greeted with the best energy and vibes ever. I enjoy going to this Biggby. The staff are amazing and always have a positive attitude. I enjoy all the conversations and all their silly antics. Makes me feel like I’m at home. Keep up the energy and enthusiasm. Don’t let the haters hate.

I have came here 3 times now, never attempted food items yet! I recommend the Mango Bloody Smoothie and The Avalanche Cold Brew. For first time buyers I would recommend 20 oz orders! If really like the choices then go 24 oz which believe is their biggest size.
I really enjoy this plave very very very close to where me and my fiancee live!
Would definitely come for a 4th time in two months living in Ormond Beach and ongoing.

Best coffee ever! The pods are not cheap but it's a special treat in my cupboard and last one feels like losing a friend. I thinking about just randomly taking the long drive to get me an iced butterbear.

Always love coming to biggby the coffee is great and the service is usually great. Unfortunately we had a not so great experience with our service this time. We come in 30 minutes to close and the worker shows displeasure with us coming in. She was very short with us not giving so much as a smile. She made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s almost like we were a burden to her coming in to her work. We will continue to go because we love biggby but i hope this issue gets addressed.

I love it here I’ve gone at least 6 times now, every time they are so sweet and make the best bagel sandwiches! Even had a few of their energy drinks and teas and I can’t get enough! The three ladies I’ve seen have been very kind and the gentleman there r funny guys! Will be back, everyday perhaps 😋😭
