My family came here based on the reviews and I do not know how this place has any good reports. The part of the food we actually received was decent. The place seemed fairly clean. The service was not good. We did get a discount since we didn’t get some of our items.

I was at the breakfast station on Monday the food was good I got my favorite cinnamon pancake. My server was Dorothy she was super friendly had such a great vibe. We will definitely be back.

I hate leaving poor reviews as I hate messing with someone's livelihood. However today has made me change my mind in hopes that things will change. We've been to the breakfast station at least a dozen times. The food was always great, but the service was always sub par. We kept coming back because we kept hoping the service would get better. Only one time we had good service and that was when we sat at the bar. Today was by far the worst. We sat down and waited 23 minutes for someone to come to the table. The only reason she came over was because she heard me say something to my wife. She took our drink and food order. It took her another 15 minutes to bring the drinks. 1 coffee and 1 tea. When the food came out my wife's order was wrong. She did offer to correct it, but we waited so long we just wanted to eat. Both our drinks were empty and she never refilled or even offered. She walked by an dropped the check on the table and walked away. No asking if we wanted anything else, no offer of refill. Not a word. We were very polite as we always are, and always say please and thank you. We probably won't be back after giving them so many chances. Its a shame because their food is great and they have an awesome bloody Mary. I really am sorry for the poor review, but hopefully this will get the situation corrected and we can start coming back.

Dorothy our server was picking her nose while rolling silverware and it had disgusted me because I had already eaten. She was also consistently on her phone talking about how much she is dreading bike week. I would think a business like this would be excited for the upcoming events! Bikers I would stay away. I’m not sure how this place has good reviews. On top of bad service, lots of booths were run down and the place seemed like it needed maintenance asap. I’d look elsewhere if I were you

I'm so glad I found this place. There isn't a single thing on the menu that isn't totally delicious. I recommend the Refrigerator Car Salad,Box Car sandwich plus their fruit salad too. Also, I'm a big fan of their fries. Thanks for all of your hard work

This is THE BEST breakfast spot in all of Ormond Beach! Palm Coast doesn’t have many breakfast options so we are always excited to stop by for some breakfast! Great service, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere. This place is guaranteed to please the whole family.
We went to the Breakfast Train for breakfast, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged by anyone. We noticed it was self-seating, so we looked for a booth. The booth we wanted was dirty, so we waited to the side for someone to clean it. Instead, when other guests walked in after us, staff immediately offered to clean the booth for them and seated them right away. Once we were finally seated, we got our drinks fairly quickly. However, after ordering our food, we never saw our server again. Meanwhile, multiple tables that came in after us were greeted, seated, and served their meals before we were. Eventually, our server came by briefly to let us know that our order had been skipped. By this point, we had already been waiting 55 minutes. When the food was finally ready, the staff chose to serve another family before us, even though we had been waiting much longer. At that point, we decided to leave. We offered to pay for our drinks, but they told us there was no need since our food was already out. Overall, the lack of communication, long wait times, and poor service left us very disappointed.
