We went to the Breakfast Train for breakfast, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged by anyone. We noticed it was self-seating, so we looked for a booth. The booth we wanted was dirty, so we waited to the side for someone to clean it. Instead, when other guests walked in after us, staff immediately offered to clean the booth for them and seated them right away. Once we were finally seated, we got our drinks fairly quickly. However, after ordering our food, we never saw our server again. Meanwhile, multiple tables that came in after us were greeted, seated, and served their meals before we were. Eventually, our server came by briefly to let us know that our order had been skipped. By this point, we had already been waiting 55 minutes. When the food was finally ready, the staff chose to serve another family before us, even though we had been waiting much longer. At that point, we decided to leave. We offered to pay for our drinks, but they told us there was no need since our food was already out. Overall, the lack of communication, long wait times, and poor service left us very disappointed.

Boxed eggs dry cardboard biscuits chewy hash browns. US foods, Sysco? One of them is being reheated. Hard no on this one folks! The service was amazing and great atmosphere though.

These People actually put a straw in our drink to have delivered to our home through DoorDash and thought that putting an open straw in a cup and then putting a sticker over it was gonna do something and only filling the cup just over halfway. Then the manager gets on the phone both the staff member and the manager were extremely rude about it instead of apologizing they said that’s how they do things and I told her it was completely unsanitary and anybody could mess with the drink. She defended what she did. I will never order from this place again!! I can’t believe how unintelligent these people are. The manager is totally unbelievable. Not even an apology. Clearly they made it look like the Dasher drank out of it.!!! These are the intelligent people handling your food at this restaurant. I would think twice before going back here.

The food was fresh but was ruined by the bad taste left in my mouth by the poor customer service. I called in a to-go order while I was parking out front of the restaurant, ordering 2 entrees both with fries. Immediately upon hanging up I noticed they also offered onion rings as a side.(SCORE!) Having now parked i simply ran inside real quick to amend my order and make one entree with the different side (ONE) only to be rudely told by a line-cook i was stuck with the fries unless I purchased an extra side…(bummer considering working in food service it’s well known how cheap fries are purchased and equally well known that making customers happy is worth much more than a side of fries) Only to be given undercooked fries with no seasoning! Might have simply visited on a day that cook was struggling with their home life and brought that poor energy to work…will retry in the future and give them another chance.
Most amazing gluten free pancakes. This is our new favorite breakfast spot! Great Service, food and prices! We love it here. Hanna, our server, was awesome!

Best gluten free pancakes my husband and I have ever had! They were so incredibly good!!! I had the Denver omelet and added the cinnamon swirl pancakes. My husband had the cinnamon swirl pancakes with bacon. Everything was amazing! We will be back soon!!!
