My mediums were smalls, the bathroom was very dirty and only one stall worked. The drinks were wrong, the drink machines didn’t work. They were out of half of the things I asked for. The employees couldn’t locate the sauces. One employee sagged while one didn’t make eye contact. And maybe they were just having a bad day but overall the customer service was grotesque and terrible in every which way.

Most disgusting location ever. Always hair weave all over the floor when I come in, employees are usually sitting in the dining area and it takes them a few minutes to move and take my order. The cashier even her mouth and burped when I was talking to her. It sucks this is the only BK near me for my impossible whopper fix.

“Have it your way?” NOT. A simple cheeseburger. I asked to have “no mustard”. I was told they already started to make it. But there was some conversation between the women at the drive through and the kitchen; so, I figured something got worked out. It didn’t because when I opened it later...mustard! But that wasn’t the big deal. The big deal was..I only go to Burger King 3x a year. How bout a smile? A “thank you”? Show some appreciation? NOTHING! They could care less. I don’t know if they hate their jobs more or the customers. It’s definitely a toss up. Burger King. You’ve got problems.

Girl was friendly and helpful. Went to use a tmobile free ultimate whopper coupon and very rudely was told after waiting 7 minutes for another guy "zay" to come over, that they didnt do that. Very very rude. Didnt even try to input into computer. Really wanted to try the new ultimate whopper. So now I'm out a coupon and never got my whopper. Probably better that I did not eat here because who knows what is going on here...with a bottle of lotion on the front counter by the food😳 DISGUSTING!!

Got the 2 for 6.00 got a whopper and chicken sandwich, wow was it hot and fresh.
Service was great in drive through. We had a specific order and she verified to make sure. Order was perfect! It's sad, we had to drive 3 hours to find good service lol

Worst Burger King ever. Only 2 people working and only one of them making food. One running register telling people I hope you have exact change cause I don't have any change to give. Lol I knew it was messed up when the girl walks out to the drive through to tell me they don't have a register open and I should come in.... oh and the cops just walked in with more employees then are behind the counter... I may be here a while this is getting good.

My girlfriend and i brought our son to eat here and my card only approved $6 of our $20something worth of food. Andy Rose the manager came to help the cashier clear our order so we could just pay for what we could afford of the order and instead he pulled money out of his own pocket and paid for us. I hope someone high up in burger kings higher ups sees this and rewards their employee for their graciousness and caring. Totally melted my heart. Thanks and god bless

I've been a loyal customer of this BK for years and have watched it slowly die. Last night I decided to stop by and to my surprise they've hired a superstar to run the store and he's doing a wonderful job! This store is located just off the interstate so it's always super busy. After placing my order I stood watching while this new manager flew around like he was Superman. From training his new counter help to cleaning off the tables and mopping the wet floor as you come inside so folks won't slip from the water they track in while its pouring down rain. He even had those caution cones up saying wet floors! The true test was the bathroom and it was clean smelling like bleach. Yeah, I'd say this store is back on track and its amazing how finding that one special person who cares brings it back to life. Let's hope those in charge recognize his talent and pays him to stay!

They got the order wrong, sent us off without giving us everything we ordered. Didn't go inside but the outside was dirty and looked like it needed a lot of work done to it. People were very nice.
