Really filling, This one lady , I wish I got her name kept coming to us asking if everything was okay, if we needed a refill, was the food good. She had a smile on her face which made the experience all the better.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited the long line in drive through for my food no problem. I get to the drive through window and they have me park and wait for my food longer. I watched a person get in the drive through line and get their food from the drive through before me. I actually had to go into the store to get my good after I already waited through the whole drive through. Like what are you guys doing? Get it together and sorry doesn’t cut it.

The drive-through is like all drive throughs can be a little slow. The walk-up service is slower than the drive-through, just for the fact they're trying to move the lines. Dining at the facility is subpar, just 3 tables, which tells me they don't want you hanging around, rather get your food and go. Staff as with all chick-fil-a's are friendly and polite.

Parking: Set up of restaurant tells me they would rather you use the drive through

Dear Chick-fil-A Management,

I wanted to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at your 1464 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach location on March 8, 2025, at approximately 9:12 a.m. While I normally receive excellent service at Chick-fil-A, my visit today was quite the opposite. The employee at the window was extremely rude and dismissive. When I spoke to her, she rolled her eyes, handed me my food without a word, and failed to offer any customary pleasantries like “Have a nice day.”

I don’t usually voice complaints, but this interaction felt particularly uncomfortable, and I couldn’t help but feel that her behavior may have been influenced by bias. I truly hope this isn’t the case, as I’ve always valued Chick-fil-A’s commitment to customer service and respect.

I’m sharing this feedback because I believe every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and courtesy. I trust that you will address this appropriately to ensure a positive experience for everyone in the future.

Employees have no sense of urgency

The last few times that I’ve been to this location have been horrible. The line no longer moves efficiently and the quality of the food has gone down. I’m not sure if they changed management or employees but at this point you should just go to Wendy’s

Waited in line for over 20 mins for breakfast, just to get told by the attendant that it’s 10:31 so she can’t serve breakfast. There needs to be revision to that rule especially if you’ve already been waiting in line.

Came here tonight purchased a chicken sandwich number one mill. The chicken was so small. It didn't even cover my bread. It was a half of the chicken breast that it normally is. It was like it was sliced in half. The fries were hard and nasty. I'm used to the Chick-fil-A in Palm Coast and never have a problem. The cleanliness of the store was awful. The staff she gave me a drink and it had soda dripping all down it. This is a very bad Chick-fil-A in my opinion.

Dear Chick-fil-A,

Tonight was an eye-opening experience. I placed an order my family, went to curbside pickup, and checked the contents—only to find that a fry was missing. I went inside and informed an associate, who spoke with the manager. The manager then gave me a look as if I were lying. Instead of simply asking for my receipt (which I had on my phone), they continued checking the system, insisting they couldn’t find my order, making it clear they didn’t believe me.

Eventually, I did receive my medium fry, but the interaction left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. The warm, energetic customer service Chick-fil-A is known for seems to be a thing of the past—at least at this location. I don’t want anything for free, nor am I looking for an apology, but I hope you recognize that the values your brand is built on are slipping here.

Alright I love Chick-fil-A what I don't like. Is waiting 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch hour to get a sandwich? If it was easier to get in and get out, that would be great!
