No Trailers!! If you are out working and want to eat, chick-fil-a in Ormond does not want your business! someone it their sign with a trailer so no trailers allowed! Judging by the other recent reviews the management at this location is making other great decisions.

Food is good but they have a poor drive thru. The order takers are at the beginning of the drive thru. Maybe saves a minute. They have a wrap around that is confusing a they have a stop sign that looks like it's for food pick up but it's only to get in line for the drive thru. Everyone gets confused by this unless they have been to the restaurant previously. For a highway stop off they need to consider getting a better drive through our larger area for their building

Get rid of the pea starch in your fries please. The new recipe is awful.You used to have the best fries of any quick service restaurant and now the worst! Bad corporate decision.
