I ordered the Nachos with "meat." There were maybe 12 chips laying flat with cheese and something blended together that was supposed to be black beans and meat. I thought that they had forgot to put the meat on it. Waitress went back in kitchen and confirmed that this was indeed meat. Service was great, food not so much. Trenton, Michigan

We've been regularly eating here for years, but the quality just keeps getting worse so I think it's time for us to find another restaurant. The past 2 times I've gotten the shrimp pasta, it's been wrong. 1st time no tomatoes and no seasoning. 2nd time no tomatoes, no green onions and no seasoning (so just noodles, shrimp and Alfredo sauce). Both times I paid for extra toast, and both times the bread has been burnt to where it's inedible. They also keep forgetting to give us sauce we pay extra for or toppings for soups or mashed potatoes. Overall, the quality of food and service has just gone downhill. Need new management.

I have been to this Chilli's over 50 times. However I got a medium rare steak which I have gotten several times.It was well done. Waitress put in for a new one. The chef brought it out. It was so full of fat I couldn't cut it and it was totally white like it had been bleached out. The piece I did try was disgusting. The waitress took forever to come back to our table so my daughter could ask for a to go box for her pasta.

Our server was the best server I've ever had. Saturday around 7:30 dinner time in the bar area. Sat right away and wonderful experience. Thank you I needed that.

Sit in the bar area around lunchtime when Ferdi is working and you'll have the best service you could ask for. You'll feel like you've made a friend of a new family member! He is so energetic and happy! And we've been back more than once and he's the same every time we go!
