Teach Managers To Teach Servers that Customers Should Be Served in The Order They Were Seated Management Needs To Teach Servers That "Single Diners" are just as Important as a Group and They Need to Stop Skipping Us and Taking Care of Bigger Table Because They Want a Bigger Tip! Even When I was Seated Before Them I'm Sick of It! Been Ignored 3 different times Dining at Ormond Beach, Fla. Restaurant.Since Nobody Acknowledges Me I Have to Raise my Hand to Get Someones Attention.Servers walk by me Like I'm Not Even There.But I've noticed as soon as a "Group" of people sit.They are Served Immediately! Spoke to Assist Manager Kory early last year and Gen.Manager Clint Dec.30th about this problem *I Appreciate Offer to buy my meal But it doesn't solve problem* Dec.30,2024 Called Corp Office ,Voice Mssg Says You Can No Longer Talk To Somebody Have to Use Webcite Now. I Tried putting complaint on webcite but it kept blocking my text out. So this is how I'm Filing my Compaint I'm a Paying Customer and Should Not be Singled out because I'm Dining alone Also Called on Dec.30th Clint the Manager at Ormond Beach Store.When I Asked If He Could Tell Me What Server on Dec.28th was supposed to be Assigned to My Table # 215 He Told Me He Didnt Know.If The Manager Doesnt Know Who Does? I Like to Give Credit When it is Due.Ormond Beach Servers Terrian, Chris,Kount,Nicole are Excellent Servers! Each time I was Ignored by other staff They Decided to Do The Right Thing and Step in to Help I've tried New Ribs on Menu they are Fantastic! Very Tender,Good Price! Very warm welcome with a smile
The service was perfect, very kind person, took the time to explain the menu to us Nicole Marie, a dedicated waitress who takes great pleasure in what she does, well done. It was fulfilled.

Parking: Very good for those who travel in a camper van and love having a good hot meal in a relaxing atmosphere.

It was alright. Not the service I expected from a Cracker Barrel service was slow. And the lady at the register didn’t even ask about rewards. So I lost out on my rewards I have or was going to get from this meal

I was putting in my order for Thanksgiving and it looks like i ordered the chocolate pecan pies for the day. And all the other food was to be for Thanksgiving.
I was so surprised when i received a phone call from the Manager Jim of my local Cracker Barrel in Ormond Beach. He cancelled the 3 chocolate pecan pies that were ordered for the wrong date so i can reordered then with the other food. What service. Thank you Jim for making sure i would have all my food on the right day. Happy Thanksgiving

My review is mainly about the food. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice overall. However, the food quality has declined. The meatloaf is now a soft, pressed loaf with mushy peppers inside. The chicken and dumplings had good flavor but were too runny, not thick as they use to be. The mashed potatoes and gravy were also disappointing, with the gravy tasting like it came from a can. This isn't the Cracker Barrel I remember. If you're looking for that homemade taste, the quality has definitely changed.

My brother and I went to Cracker Barrel after his surgery. Amber was a fantastic server. She took care of everything and made our visit more pleasant! Thanks, Amber!

As always, the food is consistently good, however, not necessarily the service. We had Amber as our server and she seemed to be rushed and brought a box for our leftovers, along with the dessert that we were taking "to go," but did not bring us a bag to put them it and it was awkward to carry out. This is not our usual experience; most of the time we enjoy ourselves and the service is excellent.

Great comfort food, especially for breakfast. Service can be uneven, but usually good, if not great. The attached store is full of items that are seldom found elsewhere.
