Very busy place, especially on specific daysometimes. You have to wait in line for your turn. But but overall, Paul, the customer service is excellent. They treat every customer individually. I make sure that if you're not able to bring your food to the table they will deliver to you. Specialty is ice cream of cquestion, but their heart dogs are not bad either and grilled chicken sandwiches.

This DQ is tucked away around the rear of one of the buildings, halfway hidden from view in The Trails shopping center. Very small lobby area with extremely limited indoor seating. More seating available outside. Service is usually relatively prompt & rates as good or slightly better than most area competitors.

Great customer service. Restaurants clean bathrooms are clean. I would have liked the bigger selection of the lunch menu instant hot dogs and chips. If it's okay I'd have been better if it was cheeseburgers. Their Blizzards are amazing.

This Dairy Queen seems to always be a disappointment. We have come here several times after moving to Ormond. The staff seems rushed and always getting orders wrong. We have witnessed bad attitudes from the staff as well. Tonight our blizzard might as well have been a milkshake and once again the order was wrong .

The cashier was nice, and my churro ice cream was ready before I finished, which was awesome ! Wish the ice cream had a churro stick, but other than that, no complaints ?
