the ribs were excellent . Definitely in the top 3 best ribs I've ever had . fall off the bone tender juicy smoky and delicious. i highly recommend colts if your a baby back rib lover. this is the place

I’m an over the road truck driver and the restaurant was right behind the truck stop. I figured I’d give it a try and I was so not disappointed. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was second to none and the price for what I got couldn’t be beat. This was my first time here, but it will not be my last the next time I’m down through here. This is going to be a stop for me. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I are from Tennessee she is down here working the race we had dinner here Sunday night August 24th I had the fish plate with Mac and cheese and okra she had a burger this was some of the best food we have had while being out of town I wld definitely recommend and we will be back!

Potato salad was awefull,and tasted frozen, ribs dry, dry no rub, Mac wasn't tasty, bread no garlic... I'm so disappointed
We have been to Colts before but this one was a bit different. This one you ordered at the counter and paid first. The food wasn't as good as other Colts. It came out tempted (warm) almost cold,which was odd bc it took just as long as if they cooked it fresh.

Why isn't this place on the map as one of the best barbecues in Florida? It is very hard to find a restaurant that does excellent work when it comes to barbecuing. This place is phenomenal. The meat falls off the bone and literally melts in your mouth. The flavor oh!! my!! Goodness!!!. I don't even know how to describe it. Their sauce all encompassing flavor bursting mouth watering orgasmatic. If you ever get a chance, please give him a try.!! For they're worth every last. Penny. .

Once we discovered this place, it became a regular stop for us. Our trips down 95 worked out each time to where we were near this place during meal time. Lucky us! My kid loves their food.
