I ordered extra cheese and light sauce, green peppers, and I got an over cooked well done pizza that was like eating cardboard. I eat there 2x a week and my pizza from Holly Hills never looks like this! I called to make sure I ordered extra cheese bc there wasn’t any on it and I wasn’t offered any remedy or apology or anything! I will find somewhere else to eat 2x a week from now on! Terrible!
The toppings are so minimal at all Dominos. We won’t be ordering from them again. Nice delivery though.
Dominoes has the Pizza game 100% on lock! Their prices, the quality, and the speed. I’m gonna turn into that little Noid from Dominoes at some point in the near future because that’s the only pizza that I’ve been ordering and the only Pizza I planned on ordering. They have an amazing special online currently with a large pizza for $9.99 with unlimited toppings.

Can I give them zero stars for service? Multiple tables with order issues, not checking tables? Tried to stay away from chains but chains get it. You lose customers if you’re terrible at basic customer service. Ordered a whole pie to enjoy at the restaurant and take left over back to the hotel. Guess what!? No pie. They “forgot” and “forgot” with others too. Find another place that doesn’t “forget” about service and product. You’ll do yourself a favor. Inspected below “spent $1-10” because I paid for my $5.33 Peroni beer and expected to pay over $50 here for food and gratuities.

Pizza is average for dominos pizza, nothing wrong with the pizzas. Service was ok. Looked to be just 3 workers, seemed to be a little flustered, but service was average. No complaints. The store itself is just dingy and dirty. Could definitely use some TLC for sure.

I came in Friday afternoon and she was running the store by herself. I think she is the manager but that's no reason to have to take all that on by herself; making the pizzas serving the customers and all while having a smile on her face. 100% deserves a raise

Ordered online while on Vacation.
My card was charged twice. Called in spoke to gal she recommended to call back next day and speak to Manager, ok fine no big deal.
Called spoke to Nick (manager) explained that my card was charged twice, he explains that he doesn’t see where they did, and only sees one charge, says he will speak to owner to have check as well and encourages me to call my bank. Due to bank being closed at that time of the day agreed to do so the very next day when I spoke with my bank, they informed me that yes both charges did come through. I went to the store and spoke with Nick face-to-face, and he again explained that he does not have two charges showing and that I still need to go to the bank even though the bank confirmed that yes two charges did come through. He basically tells me that since he doesn’t have a second charge that they aren’t going to do anything about it, that I need to get in touch with corporate. Asked for contact information for owner, there wasn’t any. Also wouldn’t provide contact information for corporate, told me I would just have to look it up.
Ok so I’m reasonable, I can see maybe where I need to dispute this with the bank. I’m not able to see their records to truly know what charges they have and don’t. My real problem was with Nick and how he handled his self professionally. He was rude, down grading, not cooperative or helpful, and disrespectful. I have been in customer service for 27 years, and even if he couldn’t do anything about charge, he could’ve been nicer for sure. After he walked away I did say “excuse me, sir” and he seriously continued to ignore me. I was completely baffled by his actions. I don’t believe in the customer is always right, we weren’t being argumentative. He just had no desire to help in any way.

Not being a fan of Domino's makes it harder to review. I orde for my grandson. While at ten years of age, he has yet to develop a taste for much. This franchise is close to home.
I have to say $30 for a pizza delivery would be off the menu for the best tasting pizza. During promotions, this franchise never delivers on any of them. Explain the $6.25 charged for delivery if the driver is not getting it as indicated on the app. Is it for the box? The electricity? The rent? Not a fan.

I get in late. Usually too late to order, but some nights I get in just before 12 and I can order my feta spinach cheesy bread and mac and cheese. Everyone does a super job. You guys are the only ones still using your own drivers exclusively. That’s a huge deal to me. If I wanted some random guy driving up to my house with my food, I’d use Door Dash or Grub Hub but I like your guys. Order enough and you’ll start recognizing your drivers. It’s a wonderful thing
