Use the drive thru. This is the worst DD that I have ever been to and I love DD. The bagels are stale. Went there yesterday and ordered a half dozen of doughnuts. Don’t let them pick the doughnuts for you. One of the jelly doughnuts was mashed flat, had no filling in it and no sugar on the outside, but they served it anyway: Big disappointment. Also, at 1036AM, sold out of almost every doughnut in the case. I don’t think that the manager has very good preparation prior to Labor Day weekend. When they put the cream cheese on the bagels it is a mess. Thick on one side to nothing on the other side. Anyway, why are they in such a hurry that they make such a mess out of each order. I live here and I will never go there again.

I would give it less than one star if it was an option! I was the only one in line waited four and a half minutes for them to take my order then when I got my coffee which I ordered with oat milk I got it with regular milk and it was ice cold I will never go back to that dunkin' donuts again.

Coffee tastes like soap! I'm not happy about this, since I really appreciate that this place is open so early and the people working that early are alway upbeat and friendly! But why is the coffee tasting like SOAP all the sudden??? I tried calling to let them know so I wouldn't have to give them a bad review, but the line doesn't work!! Sorry guys!

This Dunkin’ used to be my favorite location not only because of location, but primarily the incredible staff and service. I have never experienced an issue, at least nothing notable. Unfortunately, this standard has not been met recently. Since the new manager (Dave I believe?) came into the store, all service quality AND drink orders have severely declined. I have since stopped coming to this location due to how horrible it has become. I now drive out of my way if I want Dunkin’, but with all things considered, it is worth it to not have to step foot into this specific location ever again. First off, the new manager is NOT meant for the customer service industry. He does not show any sort of kindness or competence when it comes to his job. He lacks the skill to make a simple coffee order correct, but most importantly, he creates a very uncomfortable environment. This is what led me to finally leave a review. I have witnessed the young girls who are apart of the staff be obviously uncomfortable around him. He does not attain an appropriate DISTANCE nor energy towards these young girls. It is abundantly clear how uncomfortable they are around him and it makes me sick. I could understand if this was a slight “vibe” i picked up once being there, but it was every time and it was clear that I was not the only one who noticed this. Other customers waiting with me have made comments to me about it as well. It is not right for a manger, let alone ANYONE, to act this way. These young girls should come to work and feel at ease, not uncomfortable and dreading it. I feel for them truly, again, which is why I had to write this review. I was concerned when I noticed the quality of service and product decline, but it is no question as to why it’s happening. It is the manager, Dave. I will never return to this location unless they reconsider who they hire, for the sake of the employees and customers.
My favorite Dunkin on Beachside unfortunately there’s new staff and the accuracy of drinks has declined significantly. The new “manager” Dave is just as bad. Multiple drinks he has made have been incorrect and have even received a drink not even filled. I don’t know how you can take GREAT service and turn it upside down so quickly. SHAME ON YOU

Love this Dunkin Donuts. Great location and good people who work here. Especially Jimmy always so friendly and hard working. You are very lucky to have him as good help is hard to find. I seem to have bad luck with orders being right at other locations. Whenever I go to my Dunkin’s on Ocean shore Blvd, OBS. They always take care of me and do my orders right. I hope they never close this location. Thanks again to the great staff who make this place as great as it is.

Went thru the drive thru to get coffee , apple fritter and hash browns . They gave me a bag that I’m assuming was the food . Then a few seconds later he passed me the coffee and says there you go . I get home and there are no hash browns . Meanwhile they were not busy so I’m not sure what getting the order correct is not a top priority ?
Vegetarian options: They used to have the Impossible breakfast sandwich which was a great option but not any more . I guess human health is not much of a concern at a donut shop . ?
