Went through the drive thru a few times. Incredibly slow with a line and with out a line. Employees act shocked they have to take orders at times. Forgotten straws numerous times with my order. Orders were made incorrectly more than once. Franchise owner should look into management, as they’re obviously not effective nor do they care. Will be going to another location for now on.

Had a bad experience at this location. The employees wouldn't take our order, we had to use the kiosk. We ordered a half dozen. Then when the guy got around to fill the order he says they are out of the two flavors that would fill the majority of the box. He gives my husband attitude like its our fault we ordered the flavors they dont have. My husband asked to fill the rest of the box with the other flavors from our order but the employee says he doesn't know what was on our order and fills the rest of the box with a random flavor he chose. Only one of the doughnuts was actually the correct flavor from our order. The other five were all wrong. Maybe dont force customers to take thier own order at a kiosk and then get mad at them because they selected flavors you failed to keep in stock. Also not to mention the place was very unclean.

New Gen Dunkin Donuts in Ormond beach. Not a bad spot to grab a coffee. The girl inside is super nice and friendly. Idk her name but it’s Saturday at like 4pm lol. She’s kinda short and wears the hat. Very very nice girl working there.

Coffee, when it's hot & made right, is the best. We visit often. 90% of the time the atmosphere is chaos. Food is average. Service is good when Vickie is on duty. She's hard working and efficient. When she's not there.....chaos everything.
