Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes. I finally asked to be helped and the man was rude and said if I couldn’t wait I could leave. Finally took my order and the food wasn’t good, no receipt, and didn’t have what I wanted to order. The place wasn’t even busy. 1 car in front of me , no one behind me, and no one inside waiting.

Went there today went inside to physically tell them my order so they had no misunderstanding at the drive through and they still messed up order everyone in there looked miserable shame you pay for stuff just to not get it right!

A “mocha” is chocolate syrup or powder, milk or cream, and espresso, everywhere in the country other than Dunkin. They just put chocolate in coffee if you ask for a mocha. Apparently Dunkin’ Donuts has never heard a mocha???? AND did not want to refund me as I drove back by 2 hours later. So weird. I’ll not go back, ever.

Made a quick trip while traveling. Ordered a coffee and the kind cashier helping me by telling me what was on sale. I save a couple bucks and the coffee was great and the food was delicious!! As a bonus, the restroom was clean!!

I waited 20 minutes for my croissant order inside the store and then they told me they didn't have a croissant. They work super messy. and they gave me an answer, it was because I asked where my order was. If not, leave me waiting two hours.

The smothered hash browns were good, but the portion was very disappointing. I had a cup with 6 in total. I definitely won't make any attempt to visit again.

I come here almost every single day and order the exact same thing, a small macchiato with 2 sweet n low and I pay for an extra shot of espresso. My drink used to be spot on perfect every time, until recently. For the past few weeks, my espresso drink has been 90% milk and you can tell just by looking at it, the drink is completely white. I would hate to stop coming here, but I'm literally paying $8 for milk.

You have to use the credit card kiosk to place your order. As I'm putting my order together two people went around me and paid cash. Although I was there first, I was served last and the donuts I ordered went to the person who cut in front of me because there were only two of the ones left that I ordered first. The system is unfair. Oh and because the donuts I wanted was not in the system I had to wait for the employee to finish with the two people who cut in front of me before he could help me on the order screen.Terrible experience..One more thing, after all of that waiting they forgot my latte' and I had to wait, again, for them to make my drink.Can someone explain to me why a credit card customer can't order from the counter?This is a broken policy and fails miserably in customer satisfaction.

Customer service was not a friendly as I would have liked. Maybe the cashier was a little overwhelmed but, I think she should be a little bit more friendly in her tone of voice with paying customers.
