I have been to this dunking several time now the attitudes need improvement. And the can't here when you place an order 4 out of 5 times I have been there they got my order wrong.

How does a coffee place not keep track of coffee orders? If I order something and I get a coffee why is it that I have to remind them that I ordered a coffee to get my coffee and then whenever they give it to me I have to correct them on how it's properly made. The first time that I've gotten it like they don't know how to do their jobs, wasting my time wasting my energy and just being really bad. Poor customer service.

Spent a few hrs working here had two order both super mind (even after another customer was rude in the morning) hunter made my coffee kinda a weird order. Even the customers here with 1 exception are fun/ funny. I drive an extra 5 minutes to this location instead of the others.

The employeees don't have any idea what they are doing. When you ordered by the drive-through, you ended inside because orders were missing. Before you leave that window, you need to make sure that everything is inside, and then they are rude when you ask for the missing food or items.

There was no line this morning so I pull in ordered a frozen coffee as soon as they take my card they tell me to pull up now usually I’m ok pulling up when they are busy so I said no I am In a hurry she says Yea Miss Ashley I ask why she was rude to me she says that I was rude to her first now I was on the phone with my district manager and they couldn’t believe her response only reason for this comment please call she was very rude for that drive thru window today not for a frozen coffee should I ever feel disrespected by an employee that said she is a manager

A lot of the employees make the coffee incorrectly. If you complain and ask for a new coffee, they get snippy with you. One guy said that if the 2nd coffee was not good, we would have to pay for another coffee!! We cannot help it if the employee makes the drink incorrectly. I have been coming to Dunkin for over 30 years and never have been given so many poor tasting coffees or have been given a different flavor of coffee than the one that I ordered, despite having the correct order on my receipt for proof! Yikes!! These people need more training. I think these people must be under the influence of something that makes them unable to work and unable to make a simple iced coffee order!! They seem to be too preoccupied with their social lives and do not concentrate on their job or help their customers. There is one older gentleman who gets it right every time, but that is it at this location.
