Spent a few hrs working here had two order both super mind (even after another customer was rude in the morning) hunter made my coffee kinda a weird order. Even the customers here with 1 exception are fun/ funny. I drive an extra 5 minutes to this location instead of the others.
The employeees don't have any idea what they are doing. When you ordered by the drive-through, you ended inside because orders were missing. Before you leave that window, you need to make sure that everything is inside, and then they are rude when you ask for the missing food or items.
Toxic talk between workers that customers can hear. Just not expected from a manager. I believe her name was Brooke or Brookee. I went to het a coffee and overhead some really rude comments from her about another coworker… i wouldnt want to work there- seems toxic
