This store just ran about 12 cars thru the drive thru while not even 3 orders inside. After 20 minutes I was called a "nasty ass" for complaining about missing hash browns and the fact they didn't even enter my coffee order. The espresso machine was SCREECHING so bad I couldn't hear myself think and then I was painted the bad guy because they can't do their jobs. SICKENING Kids running this place

Horrible service six (6), people working not one (1), hello we be right with you do you need help nothing. OK yes I was picking up for door dash but how would they know without asking 🤔 Also they place the oder doordash and walk away still no hello or have a good day nothing rude ass employees at this place they also had no customers in the store. I will never come here as a customer

Just went thru the drive thru to receive cold coffee that was supposed to be hot…. Employee seemed disgruntled but don’t take it out on the coffee!!!

I went there just for the munchins Halloween bucket... The bucket is cute, but the lid doesn't snap on it, just lays on top... anytime you pick up or move the bucket, the lid falls off. And the handle fall right off and will not go back on... its worthless....it needs a better lid and handle.

I was running ahead of schedule and thought I would stop through the drive-through to get my students donuts for their final exam. The drive-through line was long, but I didn't mind. I was told to pull up and my stuff would be brought out. After the parking lot had cleared out I still hadn't gotten my stuff. I went inside and I was forgotten about. I was now late to work. The manager tried to make it right by complementary, giving me an extra dozen of donuts, which I appreciate. She even went above and beyond to refund my order, but instead, I was double charged. Because I was waiting for the charges to clear in my bank account to be sure it wasn't a mistake, I missed the time to fill out the survey, so the only way to get this information out to them is to leave a review

Ordered a coffee and they put in 5 shots of Hazelnut… sounds like a lot , I would have repeated it back to the customer to confirm because normally it comes with 3 shots. I called and spoke with the manager who was friendly and didn’t mind having them remake it. I come back to get a new one and it seemed like (I) was the inconvenience and felt like I ruined her day. It was actually a huge inconvenience for me ! (The customer!)So maybe you all should smile more and if you don’t like your job find another one. Thanks for the redo.
