Service is absolutely amazing, had to make an emergency morning meal order, let's say they were the only pizza place to consider great. Customer attitude was great, food was amazing. Perfect place to have lunch or a quick bit to snack on.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Ormond Beach location.
I attempted to place a prepaid delivery order (one pizza and one soda) while staying at a nearby hotel. The store refused the order solely because the delivery address was a hotel. I was told this was due to concerns about customers canceling credit cards after receiving food.
I spoke with a manager who stated she consulted with the owner, and the refusal of service was agreed upon at the ownership level — despite valid payment being offered and no effort made to verify payment or provide an alternative solution.
Denying service based solely on lodging type reflects poor judgment and raises serious concerns about discriminatory business practices. I would welcome clarification from ownership or corporate leadership regarding whether this is an official company policy.

Don’t try to order delivery to Halifax Plantation. They may tell you that they deliver there, but they don’t and won’t bother telling you until it’s 2.5 hours later and you have no food. Then they make lame excuses.
