Barista made my 4 year old a little flavored milk so she can enjoy a "coffee" with mom and dad.

Great coffee shop. I expected a little hole in the wall but ended with great customer service and a pro pet atmosphere.

Foxtail at The Trails in Ormond as the perfect place for me to get some work done. I enjoyed the service, chai and ambiance however there was little food option at 11am. Just one croissant, one pastry and an egg sandwich. Plus the ice cream area. Would love to see more food options, muffins, bagels etc. Otherwise, great and I'll definitely be going back!

We traveled from Virginia to stay in Florida for our anniversary and loved this last minute find. The farmers market brought us over this way, but even though the market ended up being closed...this coffee shop was still a highlight. The interior decor is just gorgeous and the quality of the coffee was so surprisingly wonderful. It's hard to come by looks and quality but this place does it right!

We will only be going to Foxtail coffee from now on! The vibes are chill and welcoming, the employees are knowledgeable and patient, and the drinks are immaculate!! Alejandro helped us both times we visited the shop today and he was very attentive, answering questions we had about the coffee. I’m not normally a coffee drinker but my husband is, we were both very impressed by the quality of everything we ordered! Highly recommend :)

Excellent selection of drinks that taste fantastic! Also there is ice cream, which looks delicious!

Their pastry’s taste perfect. Not too dry or too moist. The blueberry muffin is a MUST TRY! I have not had a blueberry muffin quite this tasty in a long time.

Dietary restrictions: The food is clearly labeled for allergies.

I've been going here for over 2.5 months. From the beginning there were a lot of warning signs that the store's manager (who basically doesn't exist) and/or it's owner (fast frwd and I have to point the finger at the owner) is failing its employees. The employees are kind, but they are left on their own without direction. There is no consistency in the atmosphere for example it is typical for certain employees to blare deafening music, sometimes vulgar music. It is very typical for employees to talk inappropriately about their personal lives and their work difficulties to one another, speaking above the music, and without mind to the customers. One employee says an item isn't available, the other tells that it is, both run around trying to find it. Items are made unavailable, and nobody knows when it will be available and customers aren't warned before waiting to place their order, or until the end of the order. Employees uncomfortably struggle to respond to customer's disappointment and inquiry as to when it will be available. It took weeks to get film for the camera they use to promote their dog-friendliness by photographing pet dogs and showcasing them on their wall. Their iced coffee has a strong, overwhelming, pugnant, taste like floor cleaner, like floral pinesol. I could not bare it even when I tried and thought that very well there was something that had contaminated the iced coffee. The employee working tasted it for himself, also recognized the flavor as I did, and then continued to serve it throughout the next day explaining "we don't sell a lot and I can't do anything" and then going on about the inability to get proper response for anything from the people in charge. I asked how to contact them, and was told to reach out through IG, which I did, and explained what I had been witnessing and this issue, and no response to me either. I walked in the other day to the most humble young woman slaving over online orders and counter orders during the morning coffee rush, because somebody called out the night before and while the boss said they would send someone, they hadn't and she had heard no update. The AC went out and employees were left in sweltering conditions behind the counter with again, the people in charge nonexistent to oversee their well being and to consider the work conditions. I have no blame to put on the employees, the lack of consistency shows one thing- BAD management, be it by the nonexistent manger, or the owner who is never around. On top of that, the "panini" is like freeze-dried bread that was inflated by microwaving it. There is no grill, crisp, nothing, and not worth it. The ham and cheese is pretty good, same issue with the bread despite it's supposed to be a baguette. You can't go wrong with the muffin sandwich although it is considerably small for the cost. Croissant is good. They do have glasses and mugs for in-store customers, but they won't offer it to you, but instead your drink will be served in plastic, so do be aware you can ask for the glass. The girls are all very sweet and caring, and only one of them remembers to give the discount, which I noticed two- one being a neighborly one and one being for service members and first responders(former military myself), and they also do not all ask for your phone number so you can get your points if you are like me and don't prefer to carry your phone in your hand and rely on apps for everything at all times. again, just that lack of consistency. STil each employee has something special abut them that I appreciate. Would like to be able to rely on a nice sit down environment than to find out when I get there it won't be an option due to the music, volume. Internet is fast. Chairs are comfortable. Good outdoor seating, and as stated- dog friendly.

Very nice local coffee spot. I tried their vanilla carmel cold brew, which was a bit bitter, but the girl at the counter did warn me. I also had their cinnamon twist donut, which was delicious! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I wish I knew the barista’s name, but every time I go in here she is just so sweet! It’s corny but she makes me feel like she’s just making drinks for all her friends and she enjoys working here. I also love doing work on my laptop here, and the amount of outlets they have for charging your laptop is awesome. (Literally there’s an outlet next to every table)
