I wish I knew the barista’s name, but every time I go in here she is just so sweet! It’s corny but she makes me feel like she’s just making drinks for all her friends and she enjoys working here. I also love doing work on my laptop here, and the amount of outlets they have for charging your laptop is awesome. (Literally there’s an outlet next to every table)

I came in for the first time on 3/14. When I walked in I was never acknowledged and the two workers were tinkering with the cold brew machine. Eventually the gentleman came to the register and stood there... didn't say one word. I ordered and he seemed irritated that I ordered a cold brew since the machine was acting up. I told him I would get an espresso drink instead if that was easier but he never acknowledged my offer. I ended up with a watered down cold brew and didn't feel comfortable asking for something else as the two workers seemed put off already. I chucked it up to them having a bad day.I went again today 3/15 and was greeted with a similar experience. No one said hello or acknowledged me and my son when we came in. I ordered a cake pop and another cold brew. I had a coupon for a free coffee but was told my total was $6.39. I asked if the cake pop was that expensive and the young lady said, "Yea, I don't know what to tell you." She had already given my son the cake pop so I ended up paying almost $7 for a cake pop.I don't normally do these reviews but I felt compelled. I do hope management sees this comment and maybe offers some retraining to some of the employees on customer service and how far a smile and a hello goes.

I visit Ormond Beach often, usually a week at a time and I use the gym across from Foxtail Coffee every day I am there, sometimes more than a couple times a day. My wife too, she loves the coffee, but also thinks the ice cream is delicious. The product there is terrific. I look forward to my Foxtail each and every day when I'm there. I would be remiss if I didn't also express what a terrific staff there is always serving. It's a great crew of young people, Alejandro, all of them, just very bright, pleasant and efficient. They are always doing something, helping customers, cleaning, it's just a very nice atmosphere there. Sometimes I'm in a hurry, sometimes I sit and read, I just love your store and staff. That's it, just like to post the positives when I get the chance! Thanks for a great coffee shop and crew!

I wanted a certain drink that wasn’t in season and instead of letting me walk, he helped me find something else that is an absolute favorite now. Anytime I come in, Alejandro is always so happy and helpful. Just what we need these days. :)

Great atmosphere, warm lighting & many windows. Lots of seating too, both for groups and single parties. Outlets near or integrated into most tables. Playlist was good too, and music wasn’t too loud. Pleasantly surprised by my Chai Latte! One of the best coffee shops in Ormond.

Ice cream AND coffee? Non-dairy options!? What’s not to love?? That said, where is everyone? For a place in the Trails Shopping Plaza I was expecting to see more people. Students studying maybe? I will most definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: Delicious non-dairy ice cream option and non-dairy milk alternatives are available, including almond, oat milk and coconut milk.
