We ate at Frazes for the first time Saturday night. The food was excellent. I got the cheesesteak and it was delicious. I ordered collard greens as my side and they were home cooked and yummy - next time I’ll order the larger size. My husband got the Cuban sandwich and it too was delicious, as well as, the handmade fries. I thought the prices were reasonable for home cooked, fresh food. My 3 star atmosphere was only based on the inside chairs - they need to be reupholstered or replaced. However, that will not keep me away !!!!

It's a good-enough lunch spot, but prices are out of line with overall quality. The wait for the sandwiches to be made was too long, especially at lunch time.

The famed pork tenderloin sandwich was substantial but the bun used to impress you is much too small and soft. The price ended up at about $13.50 before drink and tip which didn't match the menu, as I recall. Perhaps the taxes bumped it.

Pork tenderloins for two with included sides and drinks and tip came to about $37. Again, while a hearty meal the cost overwhelms the quality.

Food is actually is quite good. Service was very slow on the day we went. But rated on value to money, there are other places out there.

There is inside dining. Quaint. Outside dining with live music. Fun. Go for the food! Melt in your mouth. From the hush puppies, the sweet potato fries to the fish in the shrimp5 stars.

Found this gem of a spot for dinner while in Daytona Beach with my wife. I say gem because what this place offers in service and the quality of the food is fantastic, and far outweighs the interior. I know they've tried, at least some. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful and relatively inexpensive meal. Just don't expect much decor wise.

It’s a Gem! I googled burger near me and saw the high rating & promising name so headed en route. So happy to find great comfort food in friendly mom/pop eatery. Can’t wait to go back and test everything on menu that I couldn’t decide between. Just Yum/Smiley face!

The fries are fresh cut and delicious. All the food is made from scratch. Hubby had the Mahi sandwich and loved it. The cost is very reasonable.

So this place advertises brisket Saturdays. We went, anticipating having brisket, and there was none😡

To start off the food was absolutely amazing their portions are quite large for a reasonable price. Second the atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable and the people just make it even better. When you end up coming here I would recommend the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and as for dessert I would recommend the peach honey cheese cake. I left filled to the point of bursting and completely satisfied. I'll definitely be visiting again.

I have never had a bad meal from this place. Everything is home-cooked and delicious. On Wednesday their pot roast special is a must. You better show up early or call the order in in the morning if you want to try this delicious treat. They always sell out.

May 2025~ Stopped in with big family-8 or 9. All but 1 from out of town. Don't judge a book by its cover. The seating & inside may not look tip top but the food is good!! Had pulled pork sandwich- needed some BBQ sauce cooked in w/meat. Had to ask for little things at times, not sure they'reused to big groups. BUT staff were great, down to earth, super nice and happy! I'd go back
