Hershey's Ice Cream West

Small, clean and friendly strip mall store with all the amazing Hershey flavors. I wish Hershey would dump corn syrup and HFCS as an ingredient. Hint 😉

Just stopped and the hours said open till 9 pm and it was all locked up, very disappointing

If you’re on the Ormond Beach beach, I highly recommend going to the grad Plaza and make your way over to Hershey’s ice cream. The food is always delicious and they have indoor outdoor seating with plenty of parking. The young people serving the ice cream of always been very polite and nice and it’s really easy to pay and receive your ice cream.

Super nice employee. The ice cream is worth the price.

Liz was absolutely so kind!! she was very patient with us and helped us order a cake. the all ice cream cake was absolutely perfect and our family loved it. great experience!!

If I could give no stars trust me I would. I am beyond livid right now. I called a few days ago to order an ice cream cake ya know cake with ice cream layered. And I specifically said how I wanted the ice cream cake. Vanilla cake, vanilla ice cream and vanilla whipped icing. I get this damn cake home and it is literally all ice cream. And the kicker they used pink icing for the writing for a boy!!! I paid 38.00 for some damn ice cream!! I am beyond mad right now!!

The server was very kind toward my daughter and me.

Hershey's Ice Cream is surprisingly so great! The delectable richness is heart stopping with is thick gooey chill. The recollection of "West" in its name recalls images of FLW's Taliesin.

I visit this store a few times a month and it's great every time! The service is always fantastic and they work very well with my kids. The tall guy with the long hair is the best!

I am totally disappointed. Have great ice cream but someone has to work in order to get it. We have been there twice lately and both times lights on but doors locked. One time a guy was in there but didn't open door. Hope someone opens an ice cream store that wants to sell it.

Really depends on how high the employees are that determines whether you'll have a good time or not. It's very aggravating for the worker not to be able to pay attention long enough to accomplish anything. This place needs random drug testing and a little employee training will go miles. Luckily ice-cream shops are a dime a dozen and you don't need to come here. In fact for the price of a single serving here, you can treat the entire family at Publix.
