Had a very sweet server but had an issue of an overcharge to my card. The manager at the Springfield, Missouri location on Kansas Expressway is a total A**HOLE. Refused to refund the balance difference and was absolutely rude about it. Sorry but I won't EVER be back!
The food is twice as expensive at night
I received food from IHOP that was not eatable 45 minutes late. Uber Eats refused to make it right. I cancelled my membership and am filing complaints on every review service I can find. I promise to cost them far more than the money they owe me for the terrible meal served!

Came in on Christmas, and was immediately sat. Eileen was my server. She was prompt, courteous and on top of everything. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this IHop, and ask for Eileen.

We are from the Flemming Island Florida area and are regulars at that IHOP, of one of their employees, Elaine left and now working at this IHOP and we went to visit her. As usual had a great experience. The only complaint, the Flemming Island restaurant is wide open and due to this it's a hot spot for us seniors! We have acquired many new friends due to this, very social place. This store here has very high chair booths. Can't see anyone. I suppose many like the privacy but we prefer the opportunity of openess of Flemming Island. CJ 🤗

The food could not have been any worse. We ordered breakfast got undercooked eggs that were burnt on the outside and raw and runny whites on the inside. Set the food back got new eggs sent to us and believe it or not they were still raw and runny. I decided I would try again since they had just opened and may have needed to work things out. The second time I went was exactly the same. I ordered scrambled eggs so they couldn't screw it up and they were fine but the French toast was still raw and cold. The manager who looked like she was 12 offered to take 20% off our check when we went the first time. We didn't even eat the food and she only was willing to take 20% off. I agree with another review that said they will be going out of business quickly.
Update: Decided to give them another try since they were recently opened the first time we went. If possible it was worse the second time. There was one way in 1 cook running the whole restaurant. The waitress let us know that the club was brand new and not done being trained so the food took forever and once again was awful. No manager no hostess nobody but an inexperienced cook and an awesome waitress.

Slowest service ever and then the orders were in correct. Other people who came after us got their food first. We had our 3 grandchildren and it was so slow they were starting to melt down
