I go out of my way to stop here when I'm in the area for their patty melt and fries. I'm usually here about once a month. However today's experience was less than subpar. The French fries were inedible. The patty melt was burnt black. The onions were burnt black. The rye bread was grilled and near burnt. I had to hold it tightly with 2 hands so the meat wouldn't pull out from between the slices of bread. I would have complained and reordered except for the fact that I had already waited 45 minutes for what I got. It was 2 in the afternoon so there is no way to excuse the burnt food and horrible service on a lunch rush. Yes I do ride, but I will never go back here. Very disappointed.

Always a good time never a bad experience! Staff is respectful and professional. Service dog friendly and disability friendly. Security is Kind (and funny) and make you feel safe and secure ! Would go back!
