Jersey Mike's Subs

Had a great sub made by 2 very nice women this morning around 10:30 December 9, 2025. The sub was made well , it was delicious and the women were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich. And they totally forgot to make another sandwich from the same order. And they acted like I was lying. I ended up asking for my money back. I’ve tried a Jersey Mike’s in Daytona, and it had the same crappy service. Must be their thing.

Got a turkey bacon today. Mayo and the pepper relish. It was fantastic. Definitely getting it again

The sandwich was made perfect! I had a Famous Philly steak with white American. The woman was delightful and the restaurant was clean.

young lady was very nice and great sandwiches

My husband and I walked into Jerseys Mike's around 230pm a little hangry and not in the best of moods. The employee Thomas totally brought the moral up, he was friendly, polite and uplifted our moods majorly. Even helped us out and had us sign up for the rewards program. Really turned our day around, it's people like him that can really make a difference in someone's day.

What a great Jersey mikes location. I’m super particular about my sub and Chris made it exactly to order. The atmosphere was clean, friendly and professional. I wish every Jersey mikes paid attention to the details like this one does!

Jared was so rude. Not sure why he works there. It seemed as if adding lettuce and tomato to a hot sub was a little difficult for him. He seemed like it was outside the parameters of what he is capable of doing based off the visible/ audible frustration that was displayed. Crazy part was that the manager just let the interaction happen. Just stood there. Let Jared go boss man, you don’t need the heat. “Hey can you add lettuce and tomato to my sub before you wrap it?” Correct response: “sure man no problem!” Case closed.

Delish but getting skimpy on meats...not like they use to be.. expensive also..a mini is almost 9 dollars

Today is April 13, 2025. I went into Jersey Mike’s as I have always done have only had a problem with one young man .. Every time that this young man makes the steak and cheese on the hot Grill or even a sandwich in general is a very doesn’t care attitude of how he makes the food.. I went in and bought a giant steak and cheese number 17 and I will post the photos of how the sandwich look when I got at home . so I suggest you checking your sandwiches. If this one young man makes them I will be notifying the manager at that store. This is not the first time it has happened with the same young man . I work in the service industry, Also, if you do not want to be there and do your job correctly, then don’t come to work ! obviously this young man cannot do the job correctly Or just don’t care .. This was the worst that I have seen the giant steak and cheese was not put on evenly. 1/2 of the sandwich only had bread all of the meat and the toppings were on the other half pretty much and when I unrolled it half the meat was falling out of the other side with nothing on the other side, plain bread I don’t know how to explain it more than that. This was the sloppiest work I have ever seen so again I suggest checking it.!!!
