Jersey Mike's Subs

They were asked to not put jalapeño pepper on one sandwich but did anyway. I understand errors happen. When I asked about the error, the peppers the staff was rude and combative about their error. I was taken back that they offer no apology or resolution for the situation. I am sad that they have such poor service and are rude and combative even after they acknowledge an error. To be honest if they were not so rude and argumentative I would have let the whole thing go.

I once enjoyed JM but the whole franchise is falling apart poor service and bad employees. This is why many units are closing.

The cashier is the snottiest and rudest jersey Mike’s employee I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra five minutes to the Tanger outlets location.

During our recent travels the last week of September we walked in to our favorite sandwich shop. We both had the Jersey Shore's Favorite which consists of provolone cheese, ham and cappacuolo, and of course we always ask for it Mike's Way. I had a mini sub and my husband had a regular.

We have been to many, many Jersey Mike’s Subs locations and they have been great. We love their subs, they are always a great choice for a healthy meal for us as opposed to a greasy burger at the typical fast food chain restaurant. Unfortunately, this place missed the mark they skimped on the meats! ? Upon reading other customers negative reviews it confirms that quality control is the common factor for this location. The amount of meats we got does not reflect the $20.00 price tag for a mini sub and a regular sub!! ?

Attention Store #13049 Managers stop being so cheap by skimping on the meats you’re giving Jersey Mike’s Subs a bad name!

Folks don’t waste your money here and go elsewhere. We do not recommend this location.

Chris & Jarron are phenomenal!!! Went to pick up a sandwich platter from Publix that was ordered a week in advanced. Deli said they didn’t have the order prepared or never received paperwork but found in their system. They offered to make the subs with minimal enthusiasm. I ended up walking next door to ask if Jersey Mikes could help with a 20 people catering order. Within minutes Jardin & Chris were throwing together two boxes of subs. They were helpful, kind and attentive with an impressive turn around time. As usual the food is wonderful but the service was above and beyond. Will definitely be returning for more catering orders in the future based on efficiency, quality food & excellent team support!

Total rip off low quality items. Over 20.dollars for a BLT paid to ad excess bacon as well . Didn't even have 4 ounces of bacon on the sandwich can buy a pound of bacon from a super market for 4.50 they charged 3.25 to ad bacon on top of the original 18 dollar sandwich to not even put 4 ounces of bacon on it total. Even less lettuce on it .it's a pathetic excuse for a sandwich and resturant don't waste your hard earned cash there

Go to Publix and get their sub for half the price of this garbage. Thin sliced meat hardly any on the sub. Even thinner sliced cheese. $17

Almost $20.00 for a giant number 9 . That's outrageous. And the amount of meat you get does not reflect the price. Now the only time I buy one is when there is a special like on Fri after 5 pm . its too measured . Publix subs more meats half the cost.

This place is so great! They are friendly, attentive, personal and their service is great! I am from Canada and an employee gave me sample bottles of "juice"knowing I lived so far away! I am so pleased to say I had a jersey mikes experience in Canada today because of that "juice"! The general manager is amazing and his employees are great too! I was glad to call and give a positive review today! ...the port orange and international Blvd stores are just as awesome, as are their employees!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ray and Amanda tonight! They were so helpful, I was that lady that arrived right before closing, and they were happy to help make me subs! This was my first time trying Mike Subs! Ray made myself and husband delicious subs! He was very knowledgeable about the products ! Ray was very friendly, great customer service as you would call it! Amanda was very friendly and very thorough in cleaning up while Ray was attending to our subs! Thanks for a great experience and great food.
