I order the #15 tuna a lot and I usually like it but for some reason every time I order from this location, the bread is overcooked and hard and it makes it hard to eat and for the tuna at this location it is always really watery.

I went to this jimmy John’s today it is usually so good but all the tomatoes were literally transparent that’s how old they were, I tried to take it off but it was so mashed soft it was in the bread. I had already drove home so I had to toss it.

We ordered two sandwiches for delivery, and it took over an hour. We live 5 minutes away, and could have gone to pick them up if it was going to take this long. The girl on the phone said that they have one driver, and one sandwich maker. Maybe whoever runs the place should hire more people, and stop thinking so much about his/her own profits.

This place has gone down hill. Used to be my go to but not anymore. Went in a Sunday afternoon and was told they were running low on bread. Was told it was busy day. I get stuff happens but it was an afternoon and not closing time.

Worst sub I ate all year. Very industrial and just long mushball. Plus I stopped coming here because you guys are so fast you don't listen to the customer. I'm not blaming the employees, it's the Jimmy John training, talk so fast so the customer can't get a word in. I asked for extra extra extra cherry peppers. I guess 6 peppers is extra extra extra. You could count the strands of shredded lettuce. Doesn't the lettuce hold the sauce and the seasoning? Mushy tomatoes that tasted like yesterday's bunch. I only ate here because my local sub shop on Mason Ave was closed but never again! I would have been better off getting a hot dog at 7-eleven and I would have saved $6. Jimmy John should stick to killing Lions in the African safari, his sub making is just as bad as his hunting etiquette.

The food here is the normal jimmy john’s food but the service is terrible. Two times I have ordered for my office and both times no communication that the food would take more than an hour past expected time to be delivered. Today my teams food arrived 93 minutes after requested. I ordered 2.5 hours prior. This means my office (as we work in health care) did not get a lunch. Both times this location was given the chance to make this right and have failed to do so. I also called a second time when my order was over an hour late and they wouldn’t pick up but did answer my coworkers calls. We are very disappointed and I would suggest if you order from there to go in store and wait for the order to be made and NEVER request delivery.
