Visited this area for the first time and found this hidden gem. The drinks are amazing! Thanks to Steve the awesome kavatender who let our group sample different options and educated the newbies we brought with. We loved the atmosphere, can't wait to go back ?

So rude!! It seems if you’re not obviously gay or trans, they want nothing to do with you. Since I am well-connected and only shop local, I went in super friendly and curious, eager for a new place to frequent. The place is dirty and cheaply decorated, and I was barely greeted but with a great amount of indifference. You won’t last long in Ormond Beach!

I decided to go sober three months ago and discovered Kava Kula one night when I was having terrible cravings. I was met by such a welcoming environment full of a clearly passionate and friendly staff. This is now my go-to for a fun night out, studying, making friends, etc. I LOVE that it's dog-friendly and I enjoy seeing all the dogs that come in. Everybody is so nice--staff and customers--and I feel at home every time I go. My favorite day to go is definitely Thursday for trivia night. There's a fantastic variety of kava "cocktails" and various k-teas on tap. If you're sober-curious, or if you're in need of a new judgment-free hangout spot, Kava Kula is the place to be! Jaquie, John, Brad, Sarah, and Steven are amazing! BULA!
