I ordered a bowl of grits and added bacon and cheese for 2 dollars more,per the menu. My sister ordered the same. The grits was super runny the waitress didn't bring the cheese thats supposed to come with the grits and bacon then when i mentioned it she tried to charge me for them. After we went back and forth about the cheese she went to get it but we hired her talking about it to other staff, we were seated right next to the entrance of the kitchen. Not very customer service friendly. If we didnt have several more people in our party we would have canceled the order and went else where. Now the bill comes and its not correct the bowl of grits was like 5.99 and add bacon and cheese for 2 dollars more. I had water and so did my sister. This lady changed 5.99 x2 for the grits and 5.99 x2 for the bacon and cheese. And when we asked about it she said thats only you add bacon to an actual meal. Ok so we go to the one in tampa and would u believe the price is just what it said. 5.99 for the grits and 2 dollars more to add bacon and cheese. Anyway no one was really satisfied with their breakfast. I will continue to eat keeps just not that location

We always get consistently good service and excellent tasting food at Keke's. The only thing different this time was the noticeable increase in prices. A meal for 2 that used to be in the low $30's (not that long ago) is now over $40. The new normal i guess.

The food, amazing. Service, even better. However, today I witnessed what I believe to be the woman owner, degrading and berating an employee in a way I wouldn’t even speak to my animals. I will no patronize this restaurant due to this.
