Had a craving for KFC 🍗 😋. Ordered $7 2 piece meal only to find out they were sold out and it would be 30 mins to get some cooked

This KFC location deserves some serious recognition. Although they’re clearly understaffed, you’d never know it from the level of customer service they provide. The staff is consistently polite, professional, and hardworking. Every time I visit, the chicken is fresh and exactly what you expect from KFC—crispy, hot, and delicious.

KFC is known for its consistency, and this location delivers that despite being short-handed. I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the team here. They’re doing a great job under pressure—now someone get them some backup!

Waited for over 20 minutes, and get a 12pc bucket meal original. The chicken was burnet & dry, the Mashed & gravy was, Had no gray, and the greenbeans was only half full & the biscuits were like hockey pucks!
And google won't allow me to load photos of the food. I called the 1-800 KFC number and they would not even reimburse me for the full meal! What a waste of money & time.

I went to the drive thru. Good grief! I waited 15 minutes to reach the speaker to order, with only 2 cars ahead of me. Another 15 minutes to reach the window behind those 2 cars. The window person looked at my coupon for a special offer and seemed clueless. After a 10 minute wait at the window they had me park at the front of the store. After another 10 minutes a guy came out to say it would be 11 minutes. (Thanks for letting me know, sir.) After that 11 minutes a young woman brought me my bag. When I got home my bucket of legs and thighs was actually 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings and 2 breasts. My 4 biscuits were zero biscuits.
So an hour wait for the wrong food. BTW, the guy who pulled up at the speaker behind me was still at the speaker when I was asked to park. That's 25 minutes sitting at the speaker and he couldn't even PLACE his order. Just a pathetic experience. I'll find another store next time.

Yuck. Supposed to be a pot pie. Wow. There was literally nothing in it. Used to go there often when i worked in Ormond. Been working away for 3 years now. What a dump of a franchise it’s turned into.

Ordered through the mobile app. Acknowledged by an employee at the speaker. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes at the pickup window with no one visible inside. Person that greeted me on the speaker had walked over to the dollar store. Staff does not pay attention to the drive thru.

Chicken was Greasy & soggy, I've never had soggy chicken skin before. They were out of bisquets @5pm, I waited at drive up for almost a half hour & was shorted Food!.... never again!

I so appreciate Asia and the staff bc they are so nice and professional! She always treats my little baby with kindness and I just appreciate the genuine energy because I don't know her but she treats everyone like family. Very much appreciated

Walked in to order 2 meals had to wait about 10 minutes before any one came to take care of us. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes just to get our food. This is very unacceptable for a “fast food restaurant”
