I used to have more faith in this place. It has gone downhill. They WILL COOK FROZEN CHICKEN & DONT CARE IF IT'S RAW! AN EMPLOYEE CALLED THEM OUT FOR THIS AND HE WAS FIRED!!!! So PLEASE BE CAREFUL EATING HERE! On top of that, they are slow as molasses there! SMH

Whoever this new manager is keep him!! stayed away from this KFC in the past they had this nasty girl that worked there this was my first time back in awhile and I will definitely return heās really changed the atmosphere and the store is sparkling clean. The sandwich I had was good. The gentleman that waited on me was kind enough, I just got the idea he was new. He didn't give me my drink cup so I could get my drink at the machine, as I was eating in. He went were they do the drinks fir the drive through and filled my drink himself with what my choice was.

Wow. Just wow. I didnāt know it was possible to burn honey BBQ sauce until I met KFCās version. It tasted like someone reheated yesterdayās leftovers, forgot about them, and then said, āeh, itās fine throw it on the wings.ā Sweet, smoky, andā¦ scorched. A true culinary mystery. And the two-piece chicken? Letās just say it looked like the skin took a swim in a deep fryer that hadnāt seen clean oil since 1998. The ābatterā wasnāt crispy it was just a sad, greasy coat holding on for dear life.
To top it off, the presentation was tragic. I opened that box and immediately thought, Did this meal get hit by a train? Because it sure looked like one passed through before it reached me. KFC used to stand for Kentucky Fried Chicken. Now itās more like Kindly Forget Cooking. If I wanted burned sauce and oily batter, Iād just fry regrets at home.
Entered restaurant and staff did not say anything to us. Staff was cleaning or doing other task. After saying āhelloā someone finally said they would Be with me in a minute. Service not great but at least the chicken was good and expensive.
