Dined with Sal and Anne. What a fantastic experience. I have enjoyed Italian cuisine all over the world and none better than L’angolo. Very very special. Sal is a truly gifted Chef.
Apps were good. Carpaccio. Scallops w pesto Alfredo. Meat balls. Entrees veal osco busco.
Was not much meat 4-5oz $40
But the “tomahawk “. PICTs below was more of a short rib w long bone. Not a ribeye w long bone by any means. Very low quality very tuff. $70!!
Almost $300 for two of us. No alcohol. 3 apps. 2 Ceaser 2 entrees. Won’t be back. Plus they rang my cc for $400 twice then rang my bill.

Once again - outstanding food, stellar service, upscale atmosphere.
I had a specially prepared veal dish, pounded and smothered in brown butter sauce and baby bella mushrooms with homemade Pappardelle, Carla had Bolognese with Pappardelle, and Marsha and Pete had the Veal Osso Buco - all outstanding!
