The pizza is great. The sticking point has been that the personnel answering the phone are rude and will put you on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnect your call! The delivered pizza is at most times quite lukewarm. Eating in is the better option unless you want to wait 2 hours for delivery during busy times.

My husband and I went in for a quick lunch, he had to work at 12:00 , we waited and we waited and we waited, finally watching everyone else get their food, my husband asked the cashier , (who was putting together pizza boxes , while on her phone), about our food, she went and pulled it up and, the server never sent it to the kitchen, of course the server blamed the micro. That woman walked by us all that time, saw us sitting with drinks, and never even checked on our food. She disappeared for a while, she and her phone, (which she is always on too) she just plain forgot about us, , went outside for a long time, and there we sat. We were ignored, then the cashier told us we were wrong , she had sent it when, the server said the micro had not ! We love Lenny 's food ,but to sit and wait all that time, to watch ladies that are at work on their phones constantly, we will stop going. We were there over an hour it took is 45 mins to get our food .

i’m not one to take every review serious. i know some people just have bad days, but majority definitely wins all for me. as i’m scrolling through, i see lots of customer service complaints, but food seems good. i was willing to take the risk UNTIL i see the owners response to an honest review. you run a restaurant, customer service is just as crucial as the taste of the food. find some love in your responses, or take it the criticism and keep it moving. your mouth will cost you your business. thank God i looked through the reviews before giving your sucky business my money.

Our experience in Lennys was great. The food was TERRIFIC!. I love it fresh, great flavor, the crust of the pizza was perfect, I had a special dish w chicken pasta and some kind of spicy sauce was really good!. A + for their portions and guess what?. FILTERED ? water!.

It all makes sense now that Mark from Marks pizzeria in upstate NY is Lennys brother. Bomb pizza, you will not be disappointed with these massive delicious slices. Now I have the best pizza in NY & the best pizza in Florida.

If you are a person of color I highly advise you not to go in this establishment!!! I walked in and the guy at the service desk acted as if he didn’t hear or see me . The customer service was bad
