We came for lunch. The restaurant was not that busy. Was seated right away. Server never acknowledged us. Looked at us as we were seated, and never once acknowledged us; never said a word to us. We got up after 20 minutes of him walking pass us and ignoring us, and then we left.
A friend wanted to celebrate her birthday here, and even though I hadn't been to Lulu's in several years, I was hoping for a nice time on her behalf. We arrived at 5 pm on a weekday, so it wasn't busy at all. We had a really sweet server, but the service was slow, and it took a long time to order, then to get our checks. I ordered the crab & artichoke appetizer to share, and that was good, but the chips tasted like they were made of whole grain. I also ordered the Lulu Rita, and even at the happy hour price of $10, it was awful! It looked like a slightly green tinted club soda in a tall glass. I doubt very much there was gold tequila or orange juice in it. What a waste of money. Then for my main meal, I ordered the Cuban sandwich. Although it had plenty of sliced pork, ham and cheese in it, that's not what "pulled pork" looks like by any means. I couldn't taste the spicy mustard, if there was any at all on it. There was no presentation whatsoever. Then for my side, I ordered the "tropical slaw". It was so bad I sent it back. It's not the least bit tropical-it's a seaweed salad! Why on earth don't they put that in the description? I was thinking grated cabbage with pineapple and possibly a ginger type dressing. Not that slimy thing. Our server did substitute a generous portion of sweet potato fries for it, however, which is the only reason I gave this 2 stars. I doubt I will ever come here again.

We had just gotten in town from a long 11 hour drive and decided to come here since our daughter’s name is Luna. We had Lexi as a server and she was fantastic! She was very polite, on point, fun with our kids, and we really didn’t have to wait for anything we asked for. I really feel like the server makes or breaks your experience and she was hands down the best we have had in awhile. (we travel, a lot!!) Food came quick. Appetizer and the kids food came at the same time. We ordered the calamari and it was “ok”.., i had the Mahi tacos and they were sooo good! Hubs had the steak and shrimp. Steak was “eh” but he really didn’t care. He was so hungry! Honestly, The service we received made everything so much better. The atmosphere was great, employees were very polite and friendly and i really hope we are able to go back before we leave. I would 100% recommend this place.

While my seafood platter was very good the Ahi tuna appetizer smelled fishy. I have never had fishy smelling tuna anywhere before. Our server was very inattentive and other servers actually came to the rescue to fill requests for condiments, lemon for water that had been asked for, extra napkins and refills.

Okay, food. Very simple fried green tomato plate (no pic). The seafood platter was a good value. I didn't like the Polynesian inspired slaw. Too much seaweed or some Asian green that I simply find distasteful. I'm sure many people like it. The wife had the skirt steak. It was slightly overcooked but beautifully presented. No real star of the meal. Our server was really attentive.

It's definitely not an ocean side grill but it's within walking distance. Considering the food options in the area it's definitely average among the group which makes pricing high for what you get. Our server was very nice and helpful.

Had lunch there today for the first time. Love the ambience. Big place. Several seating options. Staff was very attentive from the time got there till the time we left. My only issue was that I ordered a quesadilla. I expected it to be served on a flor tortilla. It was prepared on a spinach wrap. When grilled it became very bitter to the point it was inedible . The staff and manager couldn’t have been more gracious. They comped my meal although I told them that wasn’t necessary because I ate some of the filling. My lunch partner enjoyed her meal. We will be back!
I hope you're not using those dishes you let the dogs eat out of for your human customers
We stopped in for an early dinner. Temperature inside was not very cool. Drinks came the ice was melted drink was not cold. (Lulu Juice) It tasted good after more ice was added. The Famous BLT lacked in presentation also had 2 broken up pieces of bacon and the bread was very plain. Don’t recommend. However the steak tips were delicious and would recommend.
