The McDonald's on 100 n Nova Rd has the sweetest older lady who takes my order she does many jobs there, I stopped by today and no AC again this is a ongoing problem the poor woman was soaked in sweat and her face was pale I could see she was overheated and she was running orders outside. I took my drinks out of my carrier while waiting on my food and started to fan her she said that's so sweet but you don't have to do that, she said I know I want to I feel so bad for you. Awesome place to grab a bite and save money! I enjoy my time here. Everyone is helpful and have great attitudes. I am thankful for the location. McDonald’s is also a great place to be apart of a team. I personally enjoyed working here. Thank you!
The last three times that I’ve been at that McDonald’s, it’s been a disappointment…the first time that I’ve had a problem here was about one of their employees were complaining about how me and the other person in my party ordered fries without salt…and then after we got our food the same employee was arguing with another customer…the second time was maybe a few weeks ago, we were eating in their dining area and it was going on 10pm…(their lobby closes at 11pm…or...read full review

McDonald's at this location can be hit or miss. The service varies, with pleasant and efficient employees, while others seem disinterested. It's recommended to use the drive-thru. The morning drive-thru workers are usually more pleasant than the afternoon or evening shift. The food quality is generally good, although at times it can be cold or dried out, especially at night. The prices have increased. Despite some inconsistencies, it's a convenient spot with plenty of parking available. The food was good, they actually put salt on the fries unlike some of the McDonald's around this area. Not a very good experience, we were disappointed.
