McDonald’s in Holly Hill the worst food and the slowest workers I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. I would drive to Nova and Granada any day for better food and faster service.

Sorry McDonald's, the day we visited, food was dried out, tough/chewy fries old. Not a very good experience, we were disappointed. We usually have a better experience, not this time. Sorry 😩

If you can't get it right at this level ?....God help you in the next. X-large fries box, x-large fries price, small amount fries received. So sad and disgraceful. 🙄

Worst place ever. Sat in the drive threw line for 20 minutes when there was only 4 cars ahead of me and got to the window 2 minutes late n they wouldn't serve me breakfast. The lady at the window was rude. This McDonald's used to be a great place to go 5 years ago but in the last 2 years has gone down hill big time
I’m 22 years old, been coming to this McDonald’s since I moved here at 6 years old because this is the only one I never had issues at. That is until recently . The man with the accent and the glove that you guys have at that window is by far the most disrespectful employee you guys have. His attitude is uncalled for , especially towards men. The first time I ever saw him working there , he winks at my fiancé and then tell me you’re welcome before I can even say thank you. I let it slide because maybe he was having a bad day. This is the 3rd time he’s acted like a straight up asshole. I’m trained to avoid confrontation, and that’s exactly why me and my family will not be going back because If he speaks to me like that again something is going to happen. He’s super nice at the speaker, then As soon as I pull up to the window his whole demeanor changes when I’ve been nothing but respectful. To whoever is reading this thank you for your time. I intend in no way to trivialize this man’s job, he just needs an attitude adjustment. Have a good day

Victor this place is running horrible, time to step up and reign the bad management of this place. Foods sloppy, orders will always be wrong, food temperature is mid. Used to be one of the best around the area

Ordered a $2 breakfast sandwich thru the app, sat for 17 minutes waiting for someone to bring my food. Look back and there’s only 2 cars in the drive thru. I had to leave without my food as I was now late to work, so late to work, no food and out my $$
This McDonald’s is terrible and in a bad location anyways, drive thru barely has any room and the entrances and exits are terrible too.

I use the McDonald’s app, but no FREE Wi-Fi to order with at this location. Very unorganized, and no self serve beverage center with napkins and condiments. If I want a sugar, ketchup, or jam packet, I must ask them for it. And sometimes, when I ‘order’ the condiment's in the app, I still don’t get them. Many times when I order in the app, I wait longer in the pickup line than I would standing in the regular line to initiate my order. What would help a lot is some counter space just for those little things to retrieve for myself when needed and/or forgotten by the McDonald’s staff.

Rude and intoxicated staff especially the window girl with the colored hair, she was so high I had to tell her what I ordered 4 different times and even at that she still didn’t know what she was doing. Boy at the microphone was extremely rude and in a rush to get me out of the drive through and had no customer service skills what so ever. Go here if you want to be aggravated!

GET RID OF THE MORNING STAFF! They are rude, and elderly. They don’t provide anytime of customer service. The frap machine has been down for over 2 WEEKS! Make it make sense. If you don’t like working in fast food you should not be there!!
