This has to be the slowest McDonald's around. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes one time. And they weren't even busy. Only one person was working the food prep area.

Absolute garbage even for a McDonald's. Waited about 25 minutes after being pulled up in the drive through with about 5 other cars, just to receive cold food, no lettuce on my mc chicken and an attitude from the associate walking the food out.

Worst service I've ever received waited for 20 mins for a 5 dollar meal that was cold and all the wrong stuff on it and no lettuce on the MCchicken and when you try to call them they phone won't work! Don't go here I repeat dont go.

Overall probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. 1st of all they weren't even busy. 2nd, I pulled rite up to the speaker waited. Pulled up to pay waited, now 20 minutes had gone by, pull up to get food and was told to park. Another 20 minutes. Fries were all soggy, my big Mac was a total mess, I had to put it together just to try n pick it up, none of my kids got their sauce for their nuggets, and my sweet tea was just sweet water but a little tan. Im sorry but if your going to make families wait that long at least bring them fresh food and what they ordered. Total waste of my time and money. I will never be going back. 100%

the time on my receipt said 10:04, so i assume thats either when i placed my mobile order or when i got the receipt. two cars were ahead of me, they had us all pull into the waiting spots. 10:15 is when i first noticed it was taking a while, i have timestamps from talking to my gf about it. 10:34 i say something again to her. 10:39 a guy came out with a platter of 4 bags, by this point the cars that were ahead of me have been gone for a bit and replaced by 2 new cars and. 3rd on my other side, he gave food to the car in spot 1, then spot 2, then came to me, asked what i ordered, looked at his bags, said nothing and walked away, then i assume did the same to the next car because he went back in with 2 bags left. i said something else about it after 43 minutes and then a worker came and took all our receipts and went inside. i eventually got my food at 10:53 and the 2 cars that were next to me have left already (i should add all i ordered was a bigmac, 2 hamurgers, and a large fry). after all that, i get back home, start eating, my fries are pretty bland, but i can over look that, a potatoes a potato. but what i cant over look is unwrapping my hamburgers and finding them plain, i did not order them plain, i remember checking to make sure. Im only writing this hoping someone sees it that can find the solution to whatever problem the workers were having. im hoping to be able to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because they werent rude or anything.

Way To Go Audrey!!!!!

I was at McDonald's for about an hour tonight, and I was so impressed by one of your employees, Audrey. She was truly amazing! I watched her go above and beyond, running circles around everyone to keep things moving, even when it was clearly rush hour. What really stood out was her exceptional customer service – she handled a few frustrated guests (who had only waited a few minutes!) with such kindness and professionalism. She was just as warm and friendly with happy customers too. And once the rush was over, I saw her go around and high-five all the other workers, which just showed incredible team spirit. She deserves serious recognition; I really hope she's in a management role or being considered for one!

At 2:30pm (not rush hour) waited 30 minutes in drive thru for my food because i had already paid in the app. It took 30 minutes to get 5 customers through drive thru. And then i get skimped on my fries. Do not visit if your in a hurry, or want good service.
