It's sad that I pull in line at 7:29PM, wait 15 minutes before even placing an order, just to be placed in another waiting line. This is not "fast food" as claimed. A turtle with one leg could turn a lap at Daytona International Speedway, before I get my meal I am still currently waiting for. Current time 7:51PM.

My son placed an order through mobile app so I went to pick it up on my lunch break I was waiting at the mobile pick up for 30 minutes watching all employees working no one came to me then finally a female African American employee came and asked only the African American female customer she had a pick up and she didn't assist me at all including im assuming a female manager walking back and forth after minutes all other employees drinking soda and laughing etc... I waived to an employee I gave her my son name for the order and she grabbed me the bag that was just sitting there all that time I was so stressed my ankles were swollen from work and from all wait time without assistance

Went to the drive-thru and gave the young lady(kid) a $20.00 dollar bill for our order of 16.58. She stood there in a daze we sat there waiting and waiting finally my husband asked her about the change and she had the nerve to have an attitude because she could not do her job!!!! Said she had to get change. Now why would your drawer not have 3.42 in it??? Poor drawer management??? Wow The sign on the outside said they were paying $17.00 an hour. They have to be idiots to pay that kid that much for her bad work ethics.Parking: Had to check something

I want to take a moment and ask, what happened? Over the last 10 times I've ordered food from here the buns have ALWAYS been greasy. I'm not talking light oil, but I'm convinced someone dropped their buns in it.I would get a Double QP meal all the time then suddenly I noticed half of the bread was soggy and so was the box, so I decided to not get it. Double cheeseburger meal, and same thing again. I know it's a fast food restaurant, but it hasn't been like this. Whoever is making these things needs to consider working someplace else.The DQP's were half to almost fully soaked at the bottom.Unpleasant.

I don’t care for McDonald’s, so I am bias. The bad part is they are rude slow and the food is fake. Burgers are like rubber. Only thing I like is breakfast, so I have the food at 3 stars.

Although there were only a couple of vehicles there was a long wait to order. Once at the ordering station, I had to wait for somebody to take the order. After paying, I proceeded to the pickup window and only received part of my order. I had to go to a designated parking spot and wait for them to bring out the rest of my order. Definitely not fast food.
