The staff at this McDonald's is very pleasant and they go above and beyond to help their customers. This McDonald's is very close to home and on the way to work, always great service, friendly people, and the drive-through is great. Very friendly Guy always has a friendly and happy demeanor. However, some employees like to stay in back and ignore customers, giving looks of "why are you bothering me." They only like pushing out drive-through orders, and the wait for food is horrible. This is a fast food restaurant, not fine dining. Everything tastes the same due to all following the same specs and getting the same frozen ingredients. It's all greasy and salty. Employees throw sandwiches together in a messy pile, and half the lettuce isn't on the sandwich. Big Mac boxes can be full of lettuce surrounding the sandwich. Other toppings are thrown in a pile and not stacked evenly. Even breakfast is thrown together haphazardly without care and gets smashed in the bag. None of them care about quality, only speed.
