The staff at this McDonald's is very pleasant and they go above and beyond to help their customers. I will definitely return to this restaurant next time I'm in Ormond Beach...especially for breakfast!

The food is ok but they do weird stuff to save money I think, giving you a small cup size and not medium or just not giving you sauces for nuggets and they hate putting the breakfast sauce on any of their breakfast sandwiches

My coworker had a fly in her egg the other week. Today I order lunch on the app on my half hr break to be told they can't view mobile orders and to come inside and talk to managers. Manager tells me my money will be back on card within 24 hrs. Thanks for wasting my 30 min break and causing me to be hungry the rest of the day! Could of at least gave me what I ordered

Google said this place has 3 stars and asked if i agree. I literally don't even care, google. It's a mcdonalds.They all do the same thing and they all taste the same due to all following the same specs and all getting the same frozen ingredients from the same supplier. It's all greasy and salty. The employees at every location without exception all just throw the sandwiches together in the messiest pile of wrapped up crap thats ever been served to anyone, and half the lettuce in the package isnt even on the sandwich. Ive gotten big mac boxes full of lettuce thats just surrounding the sandwich inside of the box with barely any on the actual sandwich and the other toppings just thrown in a pile in the box and not even stacked evenly on top of each other like one would expect in a sandwich, but with a different wilting, lukewarm ingredient hanging halfway off on all sides. The only good food mcdonalds serves is breakfast and even thats thrown together haphazardly without any care at all in the preparation and gets smashed in the bag before they even send it out. None of them care about quality, only speed, and there's absolutely no difference between one mcdonalds location food quality and another. Why are we even reviewing mcdonalds?
