This place genuinely touched my soul. The décor and music felt authentically Mexican—just real and beautifully done.
The choripollo and asado steak (Chepe’s Favorite) were phenomenal, pure comfort food done right. Churros for dessert were perfect, and the michelada was balanced and refreshing—not overly spicy or overdone.
Fresh Guacamole Tequila Bar is a beautiful find in Ormond. Taco man, our server, is funny, welcoming, and provides excellent service. I’m already planning my return.

More please! Wow great food and great music at this place. Hey the table side guac was awesome! More Mexican restaurants need to take note. The vegetables fajitas were outstanding. Mute veggies than any other place we've tried. Highly recommend!!! Oh and the flan ... Also amazing. We had four people and shared just these three items and we were stuffed.

I’m really disappointed this time. I love fresh guacamole, but my order for guac (the appetizer with bacon and guac) came out brown and clearly not fresh, so I had to throw out whatever I don’t finish in the same sitting. My rice bowl was also incorrect — I ordered rice with steak, chicken, mushrooms, and queso, but the queso was missing and the steak was very tough. I spent about $35 and felt let down. I never have issues when I dine in, but this is the second time I’ve had problems ordering to-go. I didn’t say anything the first time, but after it happened again, I felt I needed to leave a review.

Been to most all Mexican restaurants in area, this place below average at best. Sausa was good, margaritas were fair, not the best. Guacamole=avocados were not really fresh, some had black spots on them, food tasted off, tacos= Meat flavoring tasted off, rice was dry, wife got enchilada sampler, the cheese filled one almost made her throw up outher ones in the dish were ok, food had a old Mexico dirt taste to it. Stacked up to outher restaurants in the area like peppers, they don't stand a chance. I have had Mexican food all over u.s. Arizona. California. Even in Mexico, had food poisoning next day not good. Wife had food poisoning for 4 days after

UPDATE. Made it back in recently for lunch Togo. It was 2 for 1 at the bar. That was formidable and welcomed. The food was really good! Acp was cooked well. Nice flavor throughout. Salsa was really good as was the guacamole.
Highly recommended 🌮

We got take out last night. First time trying Fresh Guacamole. I got the fries with beef on them. Really good. Cheese with bean dip was good. Chips and salsa, the salsa was ok. The burrito was huge. Recommended

Atmosphere was nice. The margarita was great. The fish tacos were average and then the other stuff that was on the plate not sure if it was fried beans and rice was salty and dry rice. The waiter was trying real hard to be fun that was sometimes sarcastic, and the menu was a bit pricey

Great Mexican food with lots of drink specials. Friendly service. Generous portions and unlimited chips and salsa. This is my favorite locally owned place to go for Mexican food and atmosphere. Update: this restaurant is always consistent with good food and friendly service. My office came here for our Christmas celebration and everyone loved it.

Notorious bait and switch pricing. They list and advertise specials then when bill comes it is vastly more. When questioned there is always some lame excuse. Happened now 3 times there will be no more as I WILL NOT BE BACK ! Service is slow as well, done with this place I recommend La Fiesta.
