Very slow I think I may have gotten a total of five pieces of steak. Definitely not what it was.
Edit-steak was cold and overcooked as well, will be my last time going to a long-standing ormond institution. Paying significantly more for something and receiving significantly less is not ok. I’ll see you at Jimmy Hulas

The assistant manager said the GM’s name is Tawy, so I will be referring my complaint to that person. When I entered the restaurant at 8:30PM Thursday 8/15, the employees already had all of the cutting boards off the food line and were making burritos and assembling meals directly on the stainless steel materials the refrigerators are made of. I’m not the biggest expert on sanitation, but I’m pretty sure that’s entirely in direct violation of sanitation guidelines..big problem. Additionally, the employees were ANGRY. No greeting when I walked in, strange vibes and I saw one of them bark orders at a poor girl ordering, with not even an attempt at politeness. I have a feeling Tawy, the GM, is not aware of this behavior. Probably not even aware they’re shutting down the front line 30+ minutes before close and preparing foods on unsanitized countertops.

Long story short, I decided to not even order. I asked for the GM’s name and walked out. I couldn’t bring myself to give money to a business who truly doesn’t want it. This was the worst experience I’ve had trying a new restaurant in my entire life.

Edit- I had originally said 9:30PM is when I entered. Correction. 8:30PM is when I entered (obviously way before closing time.)

Received cold chips was told they don't have warm chips anymore I told them I don't want cold chips they said they would make me some chips chips were not ready by the time I finished my burrito.

Walked in, only one person working. After watching him make several health code violations I brought it to his attention. He was cooking chicken, pulled the old chicken and mixed it with the newly cooked product.I wasn't as concerned when he did the corn that way. Our group turned around and left.
