I enjoy this bakery. I think they have delicious items. But perhaps if they would actually open at 9 AM when they say they open, that would be appreciated. It is just simple good business practice. Don’t make customers sit out in the freezing cold at 9:10 am, when you open at 9.

They've done my daughters bday cake 2 years in a row. Both were amazing. Especially because I come with my own idea and they do great every time. :)

Stopped in to see what they had available. Picked up a Strawberry Shortcake for my Wife's birthday. IT WAS AMAZING!!! The flavor was delicious and the price was very reasonable.

What an amazing bakery. I ordered a cake and cupcakes for my daughter's baby shower. The cake turned out wonderfully delicious and decorated exactly how I asked. Everyone at the party raved about the cake and how amazingly delicious it was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Kim and her team for any and all cake needs in the future. When I need another custom cake I will go nowhere else. Customer for life!

Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious! We were thrilled to have leftovers to enjoy later! Our flavor choice was very specific, and she made it happen perfectly. She also outdid herself with the decorations. We provided the flowers, and she brought the vision to life. She truly spoke our language, was incredibly timely, and her prices are more than fair. The service and staff is fanominal. I called on short notice and they were able to make me this wonderful cake for my son's with 3 days notice. The gentleman that took the order was helpful and kind. This cake was amazing! It was moist and flavorful. The frosting was smooth and not gritty at all. Even my father who does not like sweets had seconds.

Nicole just topped the place off with amazing service. Nicole and Krysten are the best employees I’ve ever met at our restaurant.The sweets are out of this world every single kind you could want it’s not just cupcakes like a lot of places and the people are just the best they’re not stuck up they’re super friendly and helpful and it just blew me away is far as bakeries go and I’m a bakery connoisseur!A+++++++

Love this bakery! I always get a few scones or an order of scones with a cake for my mom. We love it, 100% recommended!

Not pictured: Kilimanjaro cheesecake, which was eaten too fast to make the photo. Secret recipe makes it taste like the lightest fluffiest New York cheesecake you've ever had. Napoleon (pictured) to die for. Everything stupendously fresh even at 3pm.

Very knowledgeable baker, baked goods tend to be heavy on the butter/cream and light on the sugar (which we love). We came here because the French bakery is closed on Mondays, and BOY will we be coming back!! What a delight!!

Such a sweet lady! Helped me organize a surprise cake for my boyfriend and was able to get one of her specialty premade cheese cakes, decorated so cute. Came out even better than I expected, he loved it. Thanks so much

I have ordered many items from this bakery and have always been happy. Yesterday I picked up a Caramel. Cheesecake. When I got home we noticed the cake was all cracked on the top. We tried to slice it and it all fell apart. Very disappointed.

I called and asked them if they could fit me in for a last minute cake for the weekend. Not only did the accomodate my request but they customized a cake with my preferences. Caramel pecan! I can not express how good this cake was! The very best that I and my family have ever tasted! Of course, the birthday girl flipped when she saw it. We are still talking about today. Can't thank you enough for the absolute best customer service and the delicious cake.

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. Not only was the cake amazing looking, it was delicious. Perfect balance of sweet and inside vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Everyone at the party wanted to know “where did you get that cake?” More than satisfied. Great job
