It’s Pizza Hut so the food is what you expect. The server, Alexandria, was phenomenal. She was witty and personable. Worth every penny.

Best Pizza Hut I've ever been to, not even joking. It's like going to Pizza Hut in the 90's. They even had cheese sauce for breadsticks which is apparently not a thing in Florida but they get it from Taco Bell for the occasion that people ask for it. How sweet. :)

On early evening of Nov. 16 I placed an order for a supreme pizza with multiple toppings and extra cheese. When I arrived to pick up the pizza the only one I had ordered was a supreme pizza with only cheese. I asked the cook if they could add the toppings to the cheese pizza. He said no. I would have to order another and pay for both. He whoud not and told me I had to pay, it was my error. I paid for the cheese pizza and left. The pizza was cold by then. I will never eat Pizza Hut again and will tell my family and friends about the ride and cold experience I had at Pizza Hut on Atlantic Ave.

My order was wrong I asked for light sauce because my husband could get sick from his gastrointestinal issues and the pizza came with extra sauce, cold and hard and the wrong bread as I asked for pan pizza. The wings were cold and overly drenched had to throw the order away. I’ve been calling the store for 2 days and they pick up and hang up. Horrible service, management, and employees. I called immediately after the order was not only delivered late and stale with no one to pick up the phone. The call center said they can’t do anything about it. Horrible do not use this Pizza Hut in Ormond Beach
I would have given the food 5 stars if it had been correct. I wanted light cheese and extra sauce but got it the other way around

Edit: I was told I'd receive a $15 credit and turns out they didnt apply it to the account i ordered it from, so I guess my problem didnt matter. Changed to a one star, do better pizza hut👎
Food has kind of gone down hill, I asked for extra sauce on one of my pizzas and they put barely a pinch full of sauce, no one wants cheese and dough, and wasn't even asked if I wanted my receipt, employees were just standing around talking, ill be ordering from a different pizza place from now on.

Awesome pizza hut! I do believe it's the best I have ever had from Pizza Hut. I got a pizza customized with all the vegetables, meats and such on it and free cinnamon sticks for my birthday. It was located across from the condo where I was staying so I'll walked over there to get it. It was piping hot and so delicious!

Shout out to this location! Stopped in this evening 7/22/25 for dinner as dine in. Their AC had gone out. It didn’t feel bad inside at all to us. We were politely informed that the AC was out and no idea when they’d get it back and if we wanted the best experience to head South to their other location. We will definitely try to hit this location again in the future!
