Once upon a time this was the place to go, but under the new management it has gone down hill. The staff is terrible and seem to care less about providing customer service. Even my neighbors have told me they won't be going back. It's not the place it once was. Custom sausage is a joke.

I was a first timer today at Ray’s, I will be back! Open on Sunday!!!! Great staff, great selection! High quality steaks! Oh and antibiotic and hormone free pork and chicken! Fresh in house maid salads and baked goods as well as sausage! Glad to have found you all!

I came here for filet mignon because I loved the last cuts I bought here. The pieces we chose looked great until the curly haired dude behind the counter PICKED IT UP WITH HIS BARE HANDS!!!! 😣 I threw it in the trash. I am SO grossed out!!!! Never coming back here. $50 down the drain but I couldn’t unsee that!!!! Can anyone say health code violation?! Takes two seconds to put fresh gloves on or pick it up with a piece of paper!

Stop by today and was not aware that they were closed for bike week because the website says they where open until 4 so a gentleman stepped out the store apparently thought I wanted to park but that was not the case I was asking if they where open but I guess apparently he didn’t have time to speak to me and just brushed me off I really like s this place but I do not for see me going back this man was very rude so I will find somewhere that appreciate my business and I gave three stars due to the food it decent but the customer service is terrible

The meat isn't all quite what it used to be (been going there more than 20 years), but it still can be outstanding. The manager is a bit gruff and might want to work on that. Helps to smile.

It doesn't even resemble what it used to be. Was at least 85 degrees inside. Meat display looked bad/sad. Not a butcher in sight. Woman behind counter was borderline rude. Wife and me both sick all night from same ribeye. I'm done..won't be back.
