Sharon!!!! Is theeee absolute best employee I have ever met in ANY establishment not including Starbucks. This woman hands down I just can’t say enough about her friendliness personality literally everything!!! For most of us financially it is hard times this woman leaves her problems at home the most cheerful warm enthusiastic compassion.This woman has greatness within her! I mean employee of the year! please give this woman a raise STAT!! Please point me in the direction of what I can do to get her literally some type of bonus!

Normally I wouldn’t be upset over something like this but I am! And here is why:
I’ve been coming here since this location opened and spend well over $100 weekly just on coffee runs. I even came this morning!!! That’s right. . THIS MORNING!
Like most people, I don’t have my pets with me on work commute or a quick coffee stop, but always stop here or Oceanside when I have my baby and get a pup cup.
Generally this location can’t provide it because they are low or out of whip. It is what it is.
Today I tried my luck!
After taking my baby to the vet, I stopped for a pup cup to make his day a bit better. The girl at the window told me I was to make a purchase if I get a pup cup from here on out. I’m sorry? I spend how much here on overpriced items and you are being snobby over a small cup of whip!?
Perhaps I don’t want to be caffeinated at the same hour I happen to have my dog with me and it’s rare we stop in for these anyways.
I found her to be rude and could even hear it on the speaker. It has NEVER been an issue in the past. Perhaps you should just start charging a $1 for the pup cup instead of trying to force a purchase? It’s not like I’m rolling through daily trying to get freebies.
This may seem petty to some but it just shows how petty they are. And because of it I won’t be back. You just lost a minimum of $400 over a stupid cup of whip and snobby service! It’s not just about the pup cup. It was the attitude in general.
I will go to Oceanside from here on out, even if it’s out of the way. Why? Because they’ve never questioned me, not even on getting JUST a pup cup. Because they are nice! Every time! Also, they are rarely out of things, just FYI. Granada inland is always out of something.
