I just picked up an order through the drive thru and a female barista (long brown hair pulled up in a ponytail) was degrading ("you are so slow" followed by other explicits) the male cashier who was helping me. Extremely unprofessional. Another barista called out the behavior. This is unacceptable. Coach your teammates up, don't put them down. This starts at the top.

I’m impressed how fast and kind the staff are, after I got my coffee the server lady came to my table offering me some free sample coffee drinks they have made for us to try it on. I come to this location because it’s close by my job but this morning they had me pull up and wait for my coffee. When I almost finished my coffee this morning it tasted like they put something in it at the bottom. I don’t trust this location and will not return. -

I take the long way to work every day just to visit this Starbucks, and it’s totally worth it. This location truly embodies what it means to go the extra 1% and create ‘Raving Fans.’ If you’re familiar with the concept from a business perspective, this store is a perfect example. Truly every person I’ve ever encounter at this location is so pleasant. Sharon and Haley especially are always cheerful and brighten my mornings! I love this location, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else—this is my Starbucks!

Very rude staff this morning and when you do a mobile order but told they need to take care of cars behind me to come inside and i advised I'm wheelchair bound. Then to get drinks and they are not what was paid for nor ordered and i tried to tell the lady at the window as she even spoke on one of the drinks then when i said both are not correct she said she didn't have my receipt in front of her. She refused to correct my order and we left. Definitely not how you treat customers and when someone pays almost $9 each drink would be great if they made them correct and not get mad because they made the mistake!! Won't be back to this location again!!!

One if the only starbucks locations that is consistently good. Never had a bad cup from this location. Service is definitely hit or miss with staff but I would put up with a less than friendly staff member to have a great cup of coffee any day of the week. If paying with cash no large bills because they refuse to make change
